**What do you like best about SWAY?**

I like the template layouts.  If I was told to go make a newsletter to send to coworkers by this afternoon, I could go to the newsletter template, plug in the specific content, and have a professional looking newsletter done.  This format also allows you to explore more advanced features and getting comfortable enough to be able to insert multi media presentations and other advanced features.

**What do you dislike about SWAY?**

Some features are connected to having a hotmail account which I don't use.

**Recommendations to others considering SWAY:**

It is very user friendly and professional.

**What problems is SWAY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating ideas to a large group of people.  The visual elements really help people pick up on the key points.  It's sort of like Powerpoint but more user friendly.
