Susea Reviews & Product Details

Susea is an AI-powered freight automation platform built for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics companies. It automates repetitive workflows across ocean freight pricing, quotation, RFQs, tariffs, customer follow-ups, agent communication, and procurement. Susea turns inbound inquiries from email and WhatsApp into ready-to-approve quotation drafts, extracts and normalizes tariff and rate-sheet data, automatically follows up on unanswered quotes, flags expiring quotes for re-pricing, chases agents for RFQ bids, performs bid quality checks, prepares award justification, and alerts teams when contracted capacity is underutilized. Instead of requiring teams to constantly monitor inboxes, spreadsheets, PDFs, WhatsApp messages, and RFQs, Susea proactively starts the workflow and brings the next action to the user's approval queue. Susea is designed around human-in-the-loop automation. AI extracts, drafts, routes, and follows up, while pricing, margins, approvals, and final communications remain under the team's control. Every action is logged and audit-ready. Susea helps freight teams reduce manual work, respond faster to customers and agents, prevent missed follow-ups and expired quotes, and scale their operations without replacing their existing systems.
