All types of questions are accepted, and you can select a verity of ways for your customers to answer, Multiple choice, True false, Drag and Drop to make it more interactive. You can also add, videos and audios in your surveys to keep you customer engaged while writing the survey. Results are provided to you in different ways, and the one that is most effective form market point of view is Statistical data analysis. The ease of use from the cx is outstanding.
