Also designing surveys for a large sample (more than 5000 units) is not their expertise as they dont offer a complete package for that. Finally there pricing is a bit higher than other players and it is not justified except for small and medium size samples. **Recommendations to others considering surveysnap:** Its a great offering for large organisations having signficant market shares and are planning to expand their market for products. **What problems is surveysnap solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has benefitted my organization a lot till they increased their pricing. They did complete survey process and its analysis on their own and presented the important results which saved us a lot of time. We launched many products and they did reaction analysis of these and that helped us in deciding which products to continue and which ones to scrap out. This led to 10% revenue growth for my organisation year on year for 3 years until their pricing for this service became very high. They had also saved us on cost side by doing surveys about our old popular products' demand as from this analysis we knew which products to discontinue as they are not in trend. It is a platform that is still being worked on, but the people are extremely responsive when asked questions or asked for help. They are also extremely open to suggestions and looking for ways to make this an easy and useful platform for all researchers needing data. **What do you dislike about surveysnap?** Logically thinking, only those who want to get some credits would take a survey. That means mostly they are students. Unfortunately, I didn't get respondents that took the survey seriously.
