Surveyshack managed survey helps us to get unbiased feedback by taking professionally made and managed surveys. It has very formal questionnaires that are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about SurveyShack Managed Survey?**

I think there is nothing to dislike about Surveyshack. It is very efficient in taking business surveys.

**What problems is SurveyShack Managed Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to take professional real time quick surveys after every customer's service session for development purposes. It has very formal questionnaires that are very helpful.
