First of all, They do offer free trials which are very helpful for Businesses to know beforehand if they do any investment in any such tools. This allows me to try it out for free with my business without losing money. It provides feedback from customers in a much better way and hence, this accurate feedback data can be used to further improvise products/services being offered by businesses. I enjoy mostly all of the features. The only thing I am unsure about is the safety of the customer/survey takers' personal information.
