It has an outdated design and this can hinder engagement, calling for a more modern and flexible approach to the design platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that SurveyRock is easy to use and free at any time, and it also supports different languages. It makes it easy for me to gather a large number of opinions on specific topics, and it provides multiple ready-made templates which enhance the quick and flexible reuse of questions. The system allows me to open questions within answers, such as opening an explanation field if the participant answers 'No', which helps in reaching survey results quickly in minutes. I find it extremely easy to set up and I can watch a video that explains how to set it up and use it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not supported or connected with artificial intelligence to display my questions professionally and to guide me immediately if there is a spelling mistake in my question presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use SurveyRock to poll our church audience and for our coffee shop to distinguish preferences. It's great because it helps to target specific audiences and their preferences. I find it easy to use, intuitive, and I'm happy about its simplicity and value. Creating surveys is very easy, and it provides real-time feedback and results. Unlike SurveyMonkey, which was not suitable due to its lack of aesthetic appeal and presence of adware, SurveyRock offers a much better experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about SurveyRock is how easy it is to create and customize surveys without needing technical skills. The interface is intuitive, so you can quickly build professional-looking forms, add different question types, and share them in minutes. It also makes collecting and analyzing responses simple, which saves time and helps you focus on insights instead of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside of SurveyRock is that some advanced features and customization options can feel limited compared to more robust survey tools. It may not be the best fit for highly complex surveys or detailed data analysis. Additionally, certain useful functionalities are only available in paid plans, which can be a drawback if you're working with a tight budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like SurveyRock for its simplicity and ease of use, which means I don't need technical expertise to set up surveys. The variety of question types and customization and branding options are great. I really appreciate the clean respondent experience and affordable pricing. The data export options are helpful too. It's also intuitive and beginner-friendly, making the initial setup fast and easy. SurveyRock doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features but provides just enough to run effective surveys and get actionable insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting is fairly basic, and I'd appreciate built-in visualization tools or more advanced analytics. SurveyRock doesn't connect easily with other tools. While surveys do work on mobile, the design isn't always perfectly responsive, and there's a need for more flexibility in designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that SurveyRock provides a good survey about my product when I push them out, helping me find the feedback I need. It's easy to use because I just have to sign up and post our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SurveyRock gives good surveys, but sometimes it's less effective. I want feedback from the surveyor, but many of them are not good enough. I have to introduce a screening round for the surveyors according to my needs, so I can specify what type of person can survey my product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how SurveyRock makes it easy to build surveys and get responses quickly. The clear layout and easy customization save me time and help me gather useful insights. It gives us cleaner customization, better layout options, and more flexibility for large-scale surveys. SurveyRock feels more professional and easier to use when we need detailed feedback. The setup was smooth because the interface is straightforward, so we did not need any training or onboarding to start creating surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the response rates drop if the survey feels too long or repetitive. I would also like stronger security options, for example, an extra verification step. Stronger security like multi-factor authentication would help. More built-in tools to boost engagement could help improve response rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best about surveyRock is its ease of use, veriety of Templates provided, and the analysis done by SurveyRock.

It gives you insights about every topic you are targetting, in form of Graphs, Pic charts etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SurveyRock stands out for its ease of use and intuitive interface, which allow for the quick creation and deployment of customized surveys. The ability to export data in real-time to usable formats (such as Excel or CSV) is particularly useful for integrating feedback into our risk analyses and reports. The tool also facilitates collaboration between teams, especially between Luxembourg and Paris, thanks to its sharing and response tracking features. Finally, the flexibility of question types allows surveys to be adapted to specific needs, such as DORA compliance evaluation or liquidity stress tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain limitations appear in the advanced automation of analyses: for example, the lack of native integration with tools like Power BI or Power PIVOT requires additional manual manipulations to cross-reference the data with our risk models. Furthermore, the options for graphical customization of reports could be more advanced to meet the visual standards of our organization. Finally, the management of access rights could be more granular to better reflect our internal validation processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is that its easy to set up and share with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about SurveyRock is that it won’t allow you to create multilingual surveys with a basic account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
