Would appreciate a greater bank of educational & template content around the service, allowing me to use it to the maximum **What problems is Surveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping me scout, categorize and generally, keep my funnel going with fresh leads and actionable tasks that help us get closer to our customers and in-turn, close better and easier. Surveyor is helping me close that gap between a customer raising a ticket to the problem getting resolved when it reaches the officer 2 days later to mere seconds, as everything is automated. ### 3. It would be best if you learned it from an expert and someone who has use this software previously if not you are lost. **What problems is Surveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?** On obtaining accurate data faster than other systems, you can visualize them, and it helps to present results if needed instead of creating them.
