What do you like best about Surveyor?

What do you like best about Surveyor?

I love that you can use the tool for more than just hearing and acting on customer feedback - it's also an excellent tool for employee engagement surveys and helps us make substantial changes in the work-environment whenever required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surveyor?

It can be slightly tiresome to figure out everything and all the options on my own. Would appreciate a greater bank of educational & template content around the service, allowing me to use it to the maximum Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Surveyor solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me scout, categorize and generally, keep my funnel going with fresh leads and actionable tasks that help us get closer to our customers and in-turn, close better and easier. Surveyor is helping me close that gap between a customer raising a ticket to the problem getting resolved when it reaches the officer 2 days later to mere seconds, as everything is automated. What do you like best about Surveyor?

I like the way it presents graphics for the evolution of real-time data. You don't need to know CRBasics to use it and the way in obtaining the real data is way easier than other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surveyor?

It is not a friendly user platform for beginners. It would be best if you learned it from an expert and someone who has use this software previously if not you are lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
