I think the main thing that could be improved is the look and feel of the interface. It works, but it feels a bit dated sometimes. I have been unsuccessful many times on SurveyGold because of one different answer. I have been disqualified for a lot less. I know it's hard to make an easy buck. But spending 20 minutes on a tedious survey would raise an expectation to get at least something out of it. One different answer and all your previous answers are of now value.
