When you are creating a template there are a lot of options for how to form your survey and you are able to mix and match to get the data you are looking for. I wish the templates were customizable. The templates really didn't fit the situations in which I would actually use any of them. They also asked for things I would not want like age or gender on some of them. If it would give me the freedom to take off quesitons or tweak the questions on the templates that would be nice.
