**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

Because of the drag and drop functionality, it is simple to use, and surveys may be sent by email.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

I believe it's hard to customize sections for the same page for the questions list if they add sections for question it will be good and also pagination.

**What problems is Survey Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solves the service cloud if I want to keep track for customer happiness it will be the call for use survey force package

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

User-friendly design, the ease at which customer questionnaires can be created, and the results populated are easy to track and analyze.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

I have noticed that during updates, the old data surveys get's deleted.

Helps in getting an idea of the issues faced by the end users.

Ease of creating surveys and capturing the results.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

From my point of view , I feel the design is a bit outdated.

Helps to identify customer pain points and able to work on resolving them.

Inventory Accuracy is high 99.5%
Order fulfilment accuracy is high
WMS & OMS process is very good

Inventory Cycle Count functionality & Report need to improve

Inventory Management and high % of inventory accuracy toward order fulfilment.

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

Creating and monitoring the results of the desired surveys has been very convenient for my company and my team.
It lets us know what the customer desires and provides further feedbacks and suggestions for the future.
Various features to design the survey accordingly for best results.
Easy to use, and I would recommend using it to every sales manager out there.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

Been using it for 4-6 months now, haven't encountered any drawbacks.
Although managing multiple surveys can sometimes be difficult.

**What problems is Survey Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems of sending feedbacks have been solved. Survey force allows us to send surveys via EMAILS as well, which makes it easier for our customers to provide feedbacks with their comfort.

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

We can monitor the results and create surveys in the way that is most convenient for the company. We can always have better contact with the customer and provide feedback on the situation of the organization. You can do research analysis with reports and the results are always satisfactory. Increases productivity. It is very easy to use and met all the requirements that the organization was looking for.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

So far I have no negative reviews about the product. It offers a lot of features that help a lot in the organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Survey Force:**

It has excellent professionals who perform quality work in the short and long term.

**What problems is Survey Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company was in need of a flow solution that would speed up process automation. With Survey Force the deals were predefined and we saved time because the data is generated quickly and with several resources.

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

This is a free tool by Force.com Labs. The app can be used to send surveys via email templates and Sites. The questions can be added using an easy to use interface. It is possible to change the ordering of questions using drag and drop.

The documentation provided is very basic and very limited support is available.

It is a good tool for small businesses to capture client feedback into the Salesforce platform. Limited support and documentation is available. It is a free tool.

We want to send surveys to customers such that the survey feedback is automatically stored in Salesforce. The tool supports sending surveys via eMail or by posting the surveys on the website. It is a free tool provided by Force.com Labs.

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

A great free package to send surveys from salesforce. They can be traced against contacts and cases and thus reportable too. Using the mass email you can easily send out the url link to the force.com site that hosts the survey in salesforce

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

The survey only has a few types to choose from and it not really very customizable, but it's free and gets the job done

Getting feedback from external users and customers attending conferences

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

Honestly, the best point about Survey Force is that it is free. It covers the most obvious use cases, it's pretty easy to use, and being an ummanaged package makes it fully customizable by anybody with the necessary technical skills.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

It is too simple, basicly it only allows to ask some types of questions in the desired order. That's all.

User interface is ugly and clumsy, with there is no branding at all. There are far more powerfull and beautiful solutions out there. I would avoid using this one on clients.

**What problems is Survey Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very simple surveys for straightforward use cases, such as closed support case client rating. It is fast to set up and use.

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

The product is integrated directly with Salesforce which is a huge plus, and once the page is created it is super easy to change different sections, questions, and get the surveys out to the customers in an expeditious fashion.  Then you can link everything back to the case which is obviously the end goal, and everything for the end user becomes a one-stop shop. The price is obviously really awesome too, at $0.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

The setup is not exactly straightforward. There are multiple steps in creating a new page and a VF page so it's not a "pick up and go" type of product where if you're not technical, you're going to be to do this in an hour. 

**Recommendations to others considering Survey Force:**

Get someone technical to help you set up if you're not comfortable with VF and setting up pages

**What problems is Survey Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a case is closed with a certain value, the goal is to elicit feedback from clients. Before this tool, the reps would have to try to ask the customers on the phone, which is obviously not ideal. This gets the feedback from the customer in a non obtrusive way, and then puts that information back in the case.

**What do you like best about Survey Force?**

This is a free and easy way to get customer response, that is also flexible in that we can modify existing code to suit our needs.  The demos are great as well.  This is a great starting point.

**What do you dislike about Survey Force?**

If there is a way to tie these responses back to a customers' individual record, I haven't yet discovered how to do that.  Still, free is free.  

**Recommendations to others considering Survey Force:**

If you're patient, you can do more with Survey Force than you can with many other apps that aren't free yet offer the same or lower levels of support.  You can adjust code, as needed.  There are still many error messages when we have kept the same procedures.  

**What problems is Survey Force solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get direct responses from customers regarding the questions we need answering.  This is another line of defense to keep customer retention.
