## About Surfais
Surfais is a SaaS platform that tracks how brands appear in responses from the main AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. It runs scheduled prompt scans across these engines, by country, and parses each response for brand mentions, ranking position, sentiment, and share of voice relative to named competitors. Results are consolidated into the AIS Score, a 0–100 metric calculated from four weighted signals. The platform also distinguishes between brand mentions driven by third-party sources versus a brand's own content, to help identify where visibility is coming from. Beyond measurement, Surfais includes an AI Visibility Audit feature that generates prioritized recommendations covering content, sources, and technical schema mark up aimed at improving how a brand is surfaced in AI-generated answers.
