The way that it pulls up EVERY article with a word in when trying to search for a specific thing is a lot of unnecessary things to weed through to try and find an answer. The administrative side of the software (LMSV) is not user friendly at all and has a very clunky and outdated look and feel. Basic user maintenance often involves making changes in multiple unrelated areas of the software. We had a lot of difficulty with our implementation, and we are still finding errors several years later. If you need customer support you have to put in a ticket and wait for a response, there is no phone based support. **What problems is SurePoint Finance Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are not many industry-specific all-in-one software systems (docketing, time entry, billing, accounting, GL, trust management all included in a single software system), and that was the main deciding factor when we migrated to SurePoint from the previous software system that we had been using. ### 3. With me dealing for AR for my firm, I like all the features that are available. I rely on the system daily to work my accounts. There are features available to set reminders, send automated emails on AR. There is is option to save all notes, so other users are able to view what is going on with the file in LMS+. I've also enjoyed the fact that LMS can be access via the web. For the days some are not in office, you can still use the LMS system. It helps with customer support. **What do you dislike about SurePoint Finance Enterprise?** At times it freezes when doing a conflict check. Or the printers we have set up for the conflict check disappear. It needs to be simplified. There are far too many steps to complete to do simple tasks, too many screens, and too many options. We are lawyers, not accountants and the system is causing extreme frustration to us. It is also not user friendly. Most billing programs are intuitive, easy to figure out this one is not. One example of many is that we have to go in and release the time we have entered, most systems have it auto released after a set period of time.
