Tech support is also quick and willing to help. Setting up the program was fairly straightforward. It has the ability to integrate with other programs and makes marketplace and website inventory syncing as simple as possible. **What do you dislike about SureDone?** At times we've found that ensuring products are actually live and actively listed on marketplaces can be a bit tricky but we found some quick searches that we saved in the program to help us more easily find products that are not live. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syncing inventory and listing products between various marketplaces and our shopify store. ### 2. My company uses Suredone every day and the platform is 100 percent stable. Its easy to use and I can easily create custom fields to suit my needs which was one of my most important requirements. Its has integrations (plug ins) with all the major marketplaces and connecting them is simple. I have tried all the competition and Suredone is hands down the best. Customer support is top notch. **What do you dislike about SureDone?** It would be nice to be able to customize the product editing fields for each user. Currently if you change the editing field layout it changes for everyone logged in. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Over the last ten years my industry has changed from a walk-in business to almost entirely online. Without fail Suredone deals with all issues and problems quickly and efficiently. I am been with Suredone for around 10 years and, in that time, given the complexity of a website platform that uses API connections to Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and others, there are going to be problems. Suredone has handled each and every problem promply and with alacrity. I have complete confidence in Suredone! **What do you dislike about SureDone?** I have no complaints about using Suredone. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary problem Suredone solves is time. I am a one-person show trying to manage stores on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and our website. I could not possibly manage this by myself without help. Their ability to problem solve current and future issues is unmatched. They are willing to get their hands dirty when neccessary and truly propel you to succeed. They helped us wrangle our years of dirty and messy data into one consolodated area that allowed us to clean it thouroughly and keep it organized for our future product launches. Now SureDone is an integral part of our day to day opertation that keeps us moving in the right direction. We are in the process of migrating other businesses of ours over to SureDone to maximize their potential! **What do you dislike about SureDone?** SureDone can be extremely powerful and with great power comes great responsibility. You can change and modify data rapidly which could be bad if you don't know what you're doing. A simple saved backup file is amways recomneded when making changes so that you can always revert back in an emergancy. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** SureDone is allowing us to better handle all of our product data. This has allowed us to clean up errors scattered over years of product launches. This is also allowing us to rapidy change with the ebs and flows making us more competitive in the markeplaces. SureDone has also sped up our product launches significantly with it's ability to use excel for a majority of product input. This allows us to grow our footprint and allows us to do more with less labor. ### 5. The level of automation in SureDone not only makes listing / maintaining products faster and easier, it also reduces errors/inconsistencies across various marketplaces. The batch capability in SureDone allows for rapid, accurate and straightforward creation / maintenance of products across diverse marketplace platforms. We sell auto parts, and SureDone's fitment engine greatly simplifies and speeds the creation of fitment EPID's for eBay. **What do you dislike about SureDone?** Occasional issues when changes to the platform are made by SureDone. If they happen, these are rapidly and effectively addressed via SureDone's excellent customer support. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing over 1000 different products across multiple marketplaces with speed, accuracy and simplicity. ### 6. On the other hand, it contains a very intense interface. The special site to publish, synchronize and sell in all online businesses and businesses, prompted by the comprehensive programming interface for users. It also teaches us important resources to grow our business. **What do you dislike about SureDone?** It has very relevant characteristics, but we always find small things that make our work difficult, there are errors when updating the system and this delays the activities that I have planned a bit. I do a lot of bulk uploading/downloading, and picking what columns you want to use makes life a lot easier. Many other platforms require you to maintain a template that might have 10, 20, or 30 mandatory columns that have to be filled out. With SureDone I can bulk upload/download with as little as two columns or with as many as I want. The other great thing about Surdone is the custom fields and mapping. I can create as many custom fields as I want and map them to any marketplace field. **What do you dislike about SureDone?** Support for more than one warehouse. I have three warehouse and it would be nice to set quantities for each warehouse and pirority of which one to ship from. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** SureDone has made it easy to bulk upload pricing and stock for all my marketplaces. I sell on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and my BigC website, and setting pricing and stock has been a lot easier with SureDone. ### 11. They have made huge investments into infrastructure and processing speeds are lightning fast. They have done a lot of customization and very responsive to issue resolution and response to issues. I find that generally I hear from one of their support people within 1 - 2 hours. I was a user on another system (C******Adv****) and found that system very very good but at too high of a cost. They were also very slow to respond and very very $$$ for any customization. VERY VERY Happy with our decision... we will be long time partners with them! **What do you dislike about SureDone?** Past growing pains. Slow system and slow processing. But, they have stepped up and admitted the issues and resolved them. System is very fast now and very stable. **Recommendations to others considering SureDone:** Give them a try... you will not regret the decision. It is not necessarily my favorite program to use. At times problems are resolved quickly, and other times problems go unresolved for weeks. I do like that it keeps all my work organized, and imputing information is clear and easy. **What do you dislike about SureDone?** I have been using SureDone for over a year now, and I have had many issues with the program. There have been times when the program is down completely, and I cannot complete any of my tasks. Other times, there have been glitches that last for weeks. **What problems is SureDone solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using SureDone as a platform for eBay to sell items. I wouldn’t say there are any benefits.
