It would be easier to be able to do a mass upload or file transfer. **What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to send files containing private information securely, without having to password protect or otherwise encrypt the documents. We only use this platform as an audit client, so I'm unsure of additional capabilities that the actual auditing firm administrators and auditors have; but looks promising! They stage all areas that we interact with, so I imagine they have user-friendly control over that aspect of the platform. **What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to maintain one central location for all audit material and communication. I don't have another audit platform for comparison, but I'm pretty happy with the features of this one and working through the annual audit with our team. ### 14. The user interface was recently updated and is clean. The functionality of the system is sleek and rarely ran into issues functioning the system. **What do you dislike about Suralink?** In my opinion, I did not dislike very much about the system. There were rare occasions when the system would randomly do updates, but that maybe happened once or twice in 3 years. **What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned before, the user interface was a little old a couple of years ago, but recently the user interface was updated to have a much better functionality. ### 15. We were able to work with the auditors efficiently without them being onsite and additionally able to keep aware of the progress of the audit throughout. ### 16. Almost all of the clients I have utilized this platform with are able to pick it up quickly and it is an easy way to request documentation / view progress. **What do you dislike about Suralink?** Two weeks ago, Suralink was down for 2 days, which definitely set back one of the projects I was working on. **Recommendations to others considering Suralink:** If you are using this for financial audit, it would be best to go over Suralink with your client if they have never used it before. It is very simple but still another platform that they need to become familiar with. **What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client interaction has become much more organized and it eliminates the need for quick 5 minute phone calls over simple questions, or long email chains that get lost in my inbox. ### 17. It wwas simple to set up and begin uploading documents to our Audit firm. The most helpful part of using Suralink is the ability to communicate within the software. I could leave comments explaining certain documents. I also liked the ability to categorize and organize the documents. **What do you dislike about Suralink?** I didn't have any dislikes about the software. In comparison to other software I have used, it was much easier and straightforward. **Recommendations to others considering Suralink:** Ease of use along with being secure and confidential are key reasons to use Suralink. **What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we solved with Suralink is providing a secure and confidential method to send sensitive documents.
