Suralink Pricing Overview

I can click one button and send the client an updated open items list without pouring through so many emails. Clients appreciate the status emails as well and have commented on the ease of having all audit requests in one place. The comment function is great as well as it reduces the amount of email correspondence between audit team and client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a big deal, but would be great to be able to download directly to a folder on my OneDrive as opposed to downloading to downloads drive. Not sure if there is a setting that needs to be changed? I believe future Suralink updates include a preview window before downloading which would be a great value-add feature I look forward to using! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with many enterprise tools, cost can be a barrier, especially for smaller firms. (I didn’t find detailed public pricing, but specialized audit software tends to have nontrivial licensing fees.)

Some features (automation rules, API access, premium support) may only be available in higher-cost tiers.

Onboarding / Change management

The transition from legacy email / spreadsheet workflows to Suralink requires training and adoption effort. Some users may resist changing their habitual processes.

Initial setup (creating templates, migrating existing client lists, defining permissions) takes time.

Dependency on client adoption

If clients are slow to adopt or uncomfortable with new tools, they may resist using the portal, uploading docs, or using e-signatures, which can blunt the benefit.
