What do you dislike about Suralink? Cost / Licensing As with many enterprise tools, cost can be a barrier, especially for smaller firms. (I didn’t find detailed public pricing, but specialized audit software tends to have nontrivial licensing fees.) Some features (automation rules, API access, premium support) may only be available in higher-cost tiers. Suralink Onboarding / Change management The transition from legacy email / spreadsheet workflows to Suralink requires training and adoption effort. Some users may resist changing their habitual processes. Initial setup (creating templates, migrating existing client lists, defining permissions) takes time. Dependency on client adoption If clients are slow to adopt or uncomfortable with new tools, they may resist using the portal, uploading docs, or using e-signatures, which can blunt the benefit.
