Support Fabric Reviews & Product Details

Support Fabric is a done-for-you AI customer support service for Shopify and WooCommerce brands. It deploys a custom AI agent across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Messenger, website chat and email that answers customers in seconds, tracks orders, recommends products and closes sales in chat, with a 48-hour go-live. Every channel lands in one inbox. The agent answers product questions about fit, sizes, ingredients, availability and recommendations in under 30 seconds, 24/7. It handles order tracking, which is about half of all customer queries for the stores we run. It closes sales inside the conversation by dropping a ready-to-pay checkout link, and cash-on-delivery orders can be placed directly in chat. It understands customer voice notes, and it reads photos a customer sends to find the matching product in the store. Your team works alongside the agent in the same inbox, with human handoff, a complaints module, conversation labels, notes and assignment. Copilot is an in-portal AI assistant for the store owner that pulls chats, orders, performance stats and complaints, and takes actions. Storebell is a consumer mobile app for iOS and Android, released in October 2026, where shoppers chat with the brand, browse products, order in-app and track orders with push notifications. Storebell is included in the brand's plan at no extra cost. Support Fabric is done for you. We build, train and launch the agent after one 15-minute demo call and one 45-minute onboarding call that covers how you want the agent to behave and talk. The client installs an app, and we do not need access to the store admin. Go-live is 48 hours. Pricing is public. The Launch Package is $999 and covers build, training, go-live and the first month. After that it is $399 per month. AI usage is passed through at cost with no markup, and a conversation costs under 3 cents in AI usage. There is no free trial. The guarantee is 50 orders closed inside your DMs in 50 days, or you don't pay. Support Fabric is built for Shopify and WooCommerce DTC brands with heavy DM volume, mostly in grooming, skincare, cosmetics, beauty and fashion. Six stores are live as of October 2026. One grooming brand client converts 1 in 13 chats into an order and cut its support team from 10 people to 2. Support Fabric was founded by Haris Hafeez and serves US and international brands.
