Suplifai Reviews & Product Details

Suplifai is a platform of AI agents specialized in auto parts quoting and sales. Its digital collaborators — Victoria, Alma, Salvador, and Claudia — automate the sales cycle for auto parts stores, distributors, and wholesalers across Mexico and Latin America. Victoria handles quoting: reads part numbers, verifies vehicle fitment via VIN, checks live ERP inventory, and sends formal quotes via WhatsApp in under 30 seconds, 24/7. Alma handles sales closing: follows up on open quotes, applies closing techniques, and handles price objections to convert quotes into orders. Salvador handles re-engagement: detects customers inactive for 30, 60, or 90 days and sends personalized reactivation messages to recover lost sales. Claudia handles marketing: segments the customer base, schedules seasonal campaigns, and measures open rate, response, and conversion for each send. Pricing is based on actions — each task the agent completes autonomously. Includes 10,000 actions per month. Additional actions billed per unit.
