# Can we build voice based automation using Techforce.ai?

Does Techforce.ai have features to build voice automation for contact center agents and the agent assist software? Do you integrate with Avaya?

Yes, voice based automation is possible on the Techforce.ai platform. Currently Contact Centers and Customer Experience leaders across BPOs and direct enterprises use the platform to automate their internal employee helpdesk as well building customer facing voicebots in industries like insurance, banking, healthcare, etc.
