I love how modern they are in comparison to other influencer/affiliate management platforms, it integrates into nearly ALL of our software/platform stack, and has a very comprehensive API for those I've had to make custom connections for. Honestly, all of their integrations and automations are life changing. I use this platform across all my brands, and before this I was always worried something would slip through the cracks, like a referral not tracked or a payout missed. Now everything just runs in the background and I know it's actually being tracked. Huge peace of mind and saves me a ton of time.

Their team is also unmatched. It's real people who actually want to help you find a solution, not just a ticket queue. Having a dedicated customer support team that knows your account makes a huge difference.

What they're building is special too. They listen to how you actually use the platform, figure out what feature would genuinely help your brand, and then go build it. It doesn't feel like a generic tool, it feels like it's evolving with you.

I also love that you're building a brand owned creator funnel with them. Compared to something like ShopMy or other platforms, the pricing is way more reasonable, and the bigger thing is you actually own the relationships you're building. there's not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that there's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started since there are so many features and automations to set up. What I like best about Superfiliate is that it brings so many aspects of our partnership programs into one place. We use it to manage ambassadors, creators, affiliates and other brand partners, while also tracking content and identifying potential new partners who are already talking about our brand. I use Superfiliate for influencer and creator management, and it's honestly the best affiliate/influencer management tool I've ever used. I love that it's so easy to navigate, both for brands and creators. The automations are fantastic; they make it easy for me to send emails to partners automatically based on triggers, find relevant creators for our brands, and automate outreach through emails and DMs. Additionally, I really like the Meta feature. It helps us launch ads, monitor campaign performance, and manage access permissions. I admire that the company is always evolving and finding ways to solve our problems. I think the YouTube feature could be improved a bit more since we're also leaning into YouTube creators these days. I would also love some flexibility in having other payment options that are cost-effective. Paypal is what we're currently using but it's just challenging 'cause you have to fund Paypal every single time. It doesn't get the funds from the credit cards associated with the PayPal account. I find Superfiliate's centralized dashboard very useful for managing all my different affiliate partnerships. It gives a clear breakdown of the success of each with very helpful data analytics included. I like that it makes tracking the success of referral programs straightforward.
