SUPERAGENT Reviews & Product Details

SUPERAGENT is an AI platform built only for US insurance agencies. Six AI agents handle the work that keeps producers off the phone. Inbound AI Agent: Answers agency calls 24/7, qualifies whether the caller needs service or is a new prospect, captures the details the agency needs, books appointments, and routes callers to a producer based on rules the agency sets. Outbound AI Agent: Runs multi-channel campaigns across calls, SMS, email and voicemail, works aged and new leads, and books appointments into producer calendars. Quoting AI Agent: Captures structured quote intake data from the conversation into ACORD-ready fields, eliminating manual data entry for producers and service staff. Retention AI Agent: Calls policyholders ahead of X-date, books coverage reviews, and surfaces cross-sell signals for the agency. Training AI Agent: Lets producers practice against AI customer personas across every line of business, then grades rapport and objection handling. Live Call AI Agent: Scores every call after it ends, 0 to 100 across eight competencies, capturing objections and writing CRM notes. Integrations: AgencyZoom, HawkSoft and RingCentral. Pricing: Starter $299/mo, Pro $499/mo, Scale $999/mo, Enterprise from $2,499/mo. 14-day free trial.
