The current versions of the reporting and filtering functionality within Suped have limited advanced customisation options. As such, the use of Suped on a mobile device and general navigation can be challenging at times and would benefit from updates that would allow for a better experience when navigating. Although Suped's current limitations do not present any significant drawbacks to your overall user experience within the application, the implementation of some simple adjustments could be beneficial to your overall user experience. The functionality is also fantastic, but the mobile experience can be improved a notch. Certain dashboard graphs and charts do not display well on smaller screens, which can be annoying when a client has to check-in within minutes on the road. Also, the initial structure should be configured carefully to fit the workflows to every department. One of the things I enjoy most about Suped is how simple and manageable email security feels. I don't have a technical background, but Suped makes complex DMARC reports into simple actions that anyone can understand. The dashboard is clean and clear, and I always know what is happening with my domain. I was able to set up everything quickly, I enjoy using it on a daily basis, and their customer support has always been genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance. Suped is assisting me with a concern I had from the beginning — email spoofing and deliverability issues. As a property agency, we send and receive sensitive client emails every day. Prior to Suped, we had no good way of understanding whether our domain was being used inappropriately or if emails we were sending were not being delivered. Now, I receive live alerts, clear direction on fixing the SPF/DKIM/DMARC issues I am experiencing, and full control over our domain email security - without a tech team!!
