For the most part, my experience has been positive. If I were to say anything negative, the only thing I could say is that advanced reporting capabilities should include more customization for detailed analysis; It would also be more beneficial to allow me to filter more heavily for larger datasets. Suped has been great; there are some areas for further improvement. As far as advanced reporting options are concerned, there could be greater flexibility in the level of detail you can customize for deeper analyses. Additionally, as a new user, I would find step-by-step tutorials for more advanced features to be beneficial, but this is a minor issue and does not hinder my overall satisfaction with the usage or performance. I don't really see anything much to dislike about using Suped. The platform runs smoothly, and use is fairly simple. However, if more advanced customisation options were available in the dashboards, the user experience would improve. Suped is an answer to the problem of business management that has been complicated and too time-consuming thus far. Prior to utilizing this/ using Suped, it was extremely difficult to assess the performance of an organization and run the day-to-day operations of that organisation in an organized manner. When I switched to using Suped for both my personal and business activities, it made my life easier and the processes I followed much more efficient. By providing me with an easy-to-install/setup user-friendly dashboard, all my technology (including my phone) became easier to use and more structured. What do you like best about Suped?

The dashboard is a huge improvement over digging through raw XML reports. It makes it easy to see who is sending on our behalf and whether those sources are properly aligned. The guided path from monitoring to reject gave us the confidence to enforce DMARC safely, without feeling like we were taking unnecessary risks.
