Simple, Intuitive, and Fairly Priced—Suno.ai Boosted My AI Music Skills **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Łukasz K. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026 **What do you like best about Suno.ai?** I really like the simplicity of the platform. It’s very intuitive to use. Suno.ai works well for both beginners and pros, and it has genuinely improved my knowledge of creating music with AI. I don’t know much about integrations with other platforms, so I can’t comment on that. The pricing feels fair and accurate. **What do you dislike about Suno.ai?** I don’t like that Suno.ai is positioning itself as a new Spotify, just with AI possibilities. Honestly, it feels scary to think that in the near future we’ll be able to create music so easily. **What problems is Suno.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can very easily create music based on a genre and my favorite artists. This will be helpful as we prepare for our big conference. ### 2. High quality, great for beginners, easy to start **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Bruce J. | Trello review for non-profit tasks, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026 **What do you like best about Suno.ai?** Suno is much better than 2 engines that I have tried before it. They continually add new functionality every month and the quality is very good. **What do you dislike about Suno.ai?** If you just use the create tool with an idea, the AI is not so good. It also has problems sounding too generic if you don't do some research and figure out how to control voices and instruments, but you can make it do impossible things as well (impossible for humans). **What problems is Suno.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have unlimited voices, instruments and genres....whatever you can imagine for the most part is in one way or another now possible ### 3. Warning: Predatory Billing and Zero Support Response **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Elsayed E. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** This review contains authentic analysis and has been reviewed by our team **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025 **What do you like best about Suno.ai?** Suno.ai offers impressive AI music generation capabilities, and the platform itself is easy to use. The quality of generated music and creative tools can be useful for experimenting with ideas quickly. **What do you dislike about Suno.ai?** The biggest issue is the automatic subscription renewal and pricing transparency. My subscription was renewed automatically without a clear warning, and I was charged $288, which was much higher than the price displayed on the website. Even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted billing immediately and sent two follow-up reminders, but after almost three weeks, I received no reply and no action. For a paid subscription service, this level of support is unacceptable. **What problems is Suno.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Suno.ai helps users generate music using AI without needing advanced production skills. It can be useful for quickly creating demos or experimenting with melodies and styles. However, the benefits are overshadowed by billing and support issues, which significantly reduce trust in using the service long-term. ### 4. Revolutionary AI Music Creation with Studio-Quality Results **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Michel Chevalier C. | customer service, ai artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025 **What do you like best about Suno.ai?** What users like best about Suno.ai is its ability to create full songs including realistic, expressive vocals and instrumentals from simple text prompts very quickly, even without musical background. The platform offers high-quality studio-grade sound with polished mixes, emotional depth, and lyrical consistency, especially in the recent v5 update. Its interface is user-friendly and supports customization through prompt-based composition, letting users specify mood, genre, tempo, and lyrics. Paid tiers allow longer tracks, stem extraction for detailed audio production, and remixing features, making it suitable both for casual creators and professionals needing fast, dependable, royalty-free music for videos, ads, or games. Suno.ai is praised as a powerful, fast, and creative AI music generator that compresses production cycles from days to minutes while delivering consistent results **What do you dislike about Suno.ai?** What users dislike about Suno.ai includes occasional slowness in downloading WAV files and stems packages, which can take several minutes or more. This is partly due to the large file sizes of WAVs compared to MP3s and sometimes server load or internet connection issues impacting download speed. Some report needing to retry multiple times before successful download. Also, WAV downloads are restricted to paid plans, which can be frustrating for Basic users. Despite these issues, the platform offers workarounds like browser extensions or batch download tools to improve the experience. Overall, the download speed and availability of certain file formats remain the main areas where users see room for improvement. **What problems is Suno.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Suno.ai is solving the problem of complex and time-consuming music production by allowing users to create full songs quickly and easily with AI-generated vocals and instrumentals just from text prompts or simple inputs. This benefits you by enabling the concrete realization of musical ideas that previously existed only in your mind but were technically difficult or impossible for you to produce on your own. Suno.ai compresses production cycles from days or weeks into minutes, making it accessible to creators without extensive music training or equipment, thus empowering you to bring your creative visions to life efficiently and effectively. ### 5. The quality of the vocals and instrumentals is surprisingly good, and the interface is very user-friendly. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Suno.ai?** I enjoy using Suno AI overall, but there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes the vocals or melodies don’t match the style I want, and certain prompts need several tries to get the right result. Still, it’s a great tool with a lot of potential. **What problems is Suno.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Suno.ai is solving the problem of making music creation accessible for people who don’t have advanced production skills or equipment. It allows me to turn simple ideas into full songs quickly, which saves a lot of time and helps me experiment creatively without needing a studio or technical knowledge. ### 6.
