I'm an EOS Implementer and I use it with every one of my clients and for my own business too. Everything is in one spot. Scorecard, Rocks, Issues, todos, and the Level 10 meeting are all right there, so nobody is hunting for anything. My clients pick it up so fast, even the ones who aren't tech people. The best part is the accountability. You can see what got done and what didn't, and it makes the meetings so much better. My clients actually look forward to them now! If you run on EOS, do yourself a favor and use it. They care about creating a great experience, and they’re continually improving the software. 2) Real-time customer support for my clients in Africa is also a huge plus. 3) I also appreciate how they’ve incorporated AI and Zapier to streamline work and connect systems. We also love the fact that it integrates with Teamwork, which is our project management system. The software itself is fantastic and a huge improvement from others we looked at, but from the beginning the support team has been absolutely amazing. When I have had an issue with the platform, they respond immediately and even changed/improved their software based on my feedback. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Usually feedback is lost in the void and you never see improvements, but this team makes it happen and fast! There are a few minor annoyances with the software. For example, you cannot save a filter or view for future meetings so you always have to adjust the filters each time you start an L10. I like the new feature that allows you to monitor a teams health and shows where the team can improve. The customization options are great, and what truly sets it apart is the approachability of the team. They are wonderful, responsive, and solutions-focused, which is really important to me. The initial setup was also amazing. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** I find users get kicked out of meetings, and I hate that if someone closes a meeting accidentally it ends it for everyone without the ability to start it again. The desktop's software does not have a functioning spell check, it will flag a word but not correct it. I also like the communal scoring feature of the Organizational Checkup, enabling us to self-assess our team's progress in building a healthy organization and pointing out areas for improvement. The new Process feature is simple and aligns with EOS's stance on core process documentation, allowing us to document the 20% that creates 80% of the results.
