It's very user friendly and straightforward; it was easy to get started with and we love the layout and design along with the number of features it offers. Its ease of implementation, we transitioned from EOS One to Success a few months ago and the team was highly attentive to our needs and communicated very well with us! Only thing is its lacking a notes section in real time, there isn't a place to add notes during the L10 meeting and the only way to do so is to go into edit and then edit the customized section from there. I really like the speed of updating in Success.co EOS Traction software. The customization options are great, and what truly sets it apart is the approachability of the team. I find users get kicked out of meetings, and I hate that if someone closes a meeting accidentally it ends it for everyone without the ability to start it again. The desktop's software does not have a functioning spell check, it will flag a word but not correct it. I like that Success.co EOS Traction software was thoughtfully designed with features that complement the EOS framework, which our team has committed to. The Accountability Chart helps us clearly define responsibilities, and the People Analyzer helps us assess fit during our meeting discussions. I also like the communal scoring feature of the Organizational Checkup, enabling us to self-assess our team's progress in building a healthy organization and pointing out areas for improvement. The new Process feature is simple and aligns with EOS's stance on core process documentation, allowing us to document the 20% that creates 80% of the results.
