It lets me work through all the tools in an intuitive way and makes using EOS feel like a natural part of my daily workflow. It’s also designed so our whole team, from top to bottom, can use EOS every day. The AI tool is immensely helpful when writing to-dos and rocks. Not to mention how easily it integrates to the other tools that we use every day, from Google Tasks to Claude. The team at Success.co is so helpful and are always open to feedback on usability of the platform and how to consistently make it better. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** The new Process module still needs a little refinement but that is really the only issue I currently have. **What problems is Success.co EOS Traction software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Success.co gives us a way to incorporate EOS and the tools, naturally into our daily workflow so we stay more inline with the EOS process ### 2. We also love the fact that it integrates with Teamwork, which is our project management system. The pricing is spot on with our budget; and the support is top-notch. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** That keeping notes during a meeting isn't easy; we also don't like that there isn't a system to "vote" on the top 3 choices on issues list. We would really love and use that feature, as we feel it best streamlines our meetings so we don't spend time going around and asking what the top issue/s are with each person. **What problems is Success.co EOS Traction software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that success.co software is solving is keeping all our meeting agendas, scorecards, and outcomes in one convenient place. We also love that the VTO is part of this system. It makes it so easy for us to see everything about EOS in one place. ### 3. The software itself is fantastic and a huge improvement from others we looked at, but from the beginning the support team has been absolutely amazing. When I have had an issue with the platform, they respond immediately and even changed/improved their software based on my feedback. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. Usually feedback is lost in the void and you never see improvements, but this team makes it happen and fast! They absolutely get it and know that communication with their clients is key! **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** There is not a lot I dislike. There are a few minor annoyances with the software. For example, you cannot save a filter or view for future meetings so you always have to adjust the filters each time you start an L10. However, I brought this up with support already and they are looking into fixing this already! **What problems is Success.co EOS Traction software solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform is our hub for EOS. It is great to have everything in one spot and it is also nice that it seamlessly sends To-dos to Asana! Our L10 meetings are much more efficient and everybody comes better prepared thanks to this software. ### 4. I like the new feature that allows you to monitor a teams health and shows where the team can improve. Along with that the AI seems to be a good idea, however, it is not always the best recommendation for the type of business I am. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** I feel like it can be very click intensive and the scorecards are a little too basic. I like to see my data in charts and graphs and the scorecards are a little too diluted to be able to see trends and changes. As well the AI is very basic and does not take into account the type of business we are and the struggles of our previous issues. **What problems is Success.co EOS Traction software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It give a uniform place for me and my teams to put our issues and to-dos. I wish it integrated better with our Microsoft suite so my to-dos would be more in my face during the week. I also like that the VTO is accessible at any time by any team member. ### 5. Setting it up was very easy, taking less than a day, and I'm quite satisfied with the cost. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** Migrating data from my previous software (Ninety) wasn't entirely possible. That was a tad frustrating. Its ease of implementation, we transitioned from EOS One to Success a few months ago and the team was highly attentive to our needs and communicated very well with us! **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** Only thing is its lacking a notes section in real time, there isn't a place to add notes during the L10 meeting and the only way to do so is to go into edit and then edit the customized section from there. The customization options are great, and what truly sets it apart is the approachability of the team. They are wonderful, responsive, and solutions-focused, which is really important to me. The initial setup was also amazing. **What do you dislike about Success.co EOS Traction software?** I find users get kicked out of meetings, and I hate that if someone closes a meeting accidentally it ends it for everyone without the ability to start it again. The desktop's software does not have a functioning spell check, it will flag a word but not correct it.
