For me, the best thing about Success.co is the clarity it has brought to how we run EOS. Prior to moving to the platform 12 months ago we were trying to manage everything through separate Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. Looking back, it was awkward and confusing, and we were wasting time trying to keep everything connected.

Success.co has transformed that experience by giving us a much clearer and more structured way of working. I can't imagine going back to the way we did things before.

What makes the experience even better is the support behind the platform. Philipp Maucher has been superb. He has always been on hand, incredibly helpful and responsive, and you genuinely feel that he wants you to succeed. It's difficult to identify anything I genuinely dislike about Success.co. No software is going to be perfect for every organisation but it is as close as it gets for us. And as with any system, there is a period of getting used to a different way of working, especially when you are moving from Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, but the benefits very quickly outweighed that.

If we have ever been unsure about something, Philipp has always been on hand to help, which means any questions or minor frustrations have been dealt with quickly. Success.co does a great job of putting the EOS tools and meeting process in one simple, easy-to-use platform. We especially like how it keeps our Level 10 meetings structured and focused while giving us one place to manage Rocks, Scorecards, To-Dos, and Issues. Everything is in one spot. Scorecard, Rocks, Issues, todos, and the Level 10 meeting are all right there, so nobody is hunting for anything. My clients pick it up so fast, even the ones who aren't tech people.

What stands out most to me about Success.co goes beyond the software itself.

1) Both the support and development teams are incredibly responsive. They care about creating a great experience, and they’re continually improving the software.

2) Real-time customer support for my clients in Africa is also a huge plus.

Success.co helps us keep all our EOS info in one place, reachable from mobile app, native Teams integration, or web. Converting from our previous solution took less than 2 days and Success handled moving all of our data over. The interface is responsive and clean. The few issues we've had were fixed within hours of talking to customer support. AI is built in and the functionality keeps increasing. Overall, it's a great product! I find Success.co EOS Traction software incredibly simple to use and it really helps create clarity for the clients I work with. It allows us to use a variety of EOS tools in one place which is easy to navigate. I love Success.co EOS Traction software because it keeps everyone aligned and is the easiest to navigate. Everything on the platform aligns perfectly with what EOS wants their clients to use, making it a perfect fit. The ability to input notes for quarterly meetings and allow them to be collateral for everyone in the meeting is fantastic. The feature of tracking scores, rocks, and storing everything in one place is super easy and makes tracking progress seamless. No other software allows the whole team to see everything for the quarter in one spot and save it for future reference, which is incredibly beneficial for long-term progress tracking. This has been the best tool I’ve found for running EOS. It lets me work through all the tools in an intuitive way and makes using EOS feel like a natural part of my daily workflow. It’s also designed so our whole team, from top to bottom, can use EOS every day. The AI tool is immensely helpful when writing to-dos and rocks. Not to mention how easily it integrates to the other tools that we use every day, from Google Tasks to Claude.
