SubMark Reviews & Product Details

Your GC runs the job in their system. Your office runs it on spreadsheets and email. SubMark is built for the other side of the job: commercial specialty subcontractors, office to field, and the field is free. Build a schedule of values for each job and track every draw against it: what's billed, what's certified, what retainage is held, and when the check lands. Log change events from the field, turn them into change orders, and email the GC a PDF with a link to review it. T&M tags are priced off your own rates in the office and signed on site. See job cost against budget from your labor logs, purchase orders and QuickBooks Online bills. Keep daily logs, crew schedules, a time clock, bids and lien waiver tracking in one place. SubMark ships with ready-made setups for 29 trades, so electrical, mechanical, plumbing and drywall subs each start with their own terminology and workflows. Field users are free and unlimited, so you only pay for the office. Start a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
