SubbyFlow Reviews & Product Details

SubbyFlow is a subcontractor compliance platform built for UK construction firms. It replaces the spreadsheets, email chains and missed expiry dates that come with managing a subcontractor supply chain. Invite a subcontractor with four fields. They get a link and complete a guided onboarding flow without creating an account. You get their insurance, CIS status, CSCS cards and prequalification details back in one record. Vet before you hire. Run credit checks on new subcontractors before they set foot on site, so you know who you're working with from day one. Stay compliant without chasing. SubbyFlow tracks every document's expiry date and sends automatic reminders to both you and the subcontractor at intervals you set. Nothing lapses unnoticed. Review performance over time. Schedule recurring performance reviews so your approved list reflects who actually delivers. Control who sees what. Admin, manager and finance roles give each team member the access they need and nothing more. Built for specialist contractors and fit-out firms with 5 to 50 staff, SubbyFlow is also available as a white-label platform for main contractors who want a branded, single-tenant version for their own supply chain.
