STRROI Reviews & Product Details

STRROI is short-term rental underwriting software for real estate investors, agents and investment teams buying Airbnb and vacation rental properties. Search any ZIP code and STRROI pulls every home for sale, checks each one against real Airbnb comps nearby, and underwrites it: projected nightly rate and occupancy, operating expenses, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, monthly cash flow, DSCR and a 1 to 10 buy rating with the risk flags behind it. Instead of moving between listing sites, Airbnb and a spreadsheet, you see which homes actually pencil out as rentals. Paid plans add AI-written deal memos, seller-friendly offer letters, daily email alerts when a new home in a watched market rates Buy or better, and market reports. The Teams plan gives several users one shared account. Free tools include an STR ROI calculator, a DSCR calculator and a live ranking of US short-term rental markets. STRROI was built by a real estate investor who owns long-term and short-term rentals.
