Stratus Reviews & Provider Details

Stratus is an Australian ERP and CRM consultancy that helps mid-market businesses choose, implement, and get lasting value from their business software. With teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, Stratus works with organisations across manufacturing, construction, and wholesale distribution, industries with complex operations that off-the-shelf systems rarely handle well. Stratus specialises in ERP implementation across leading platforms including MYOB Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Wiise, and Epicor, and in CRM and marketing automation through HubSpot. As a MYOB Acumatica Diamond Partner, Microsoft Partner, Wiise Elite Partner, Epicor Partner, and HubSpot Platinum Partner, Stratus brings certified expertise across multiple products rather than a single-vendor view. That multi-product, vendor-neutral position is central to how Stratus works. Rather than pushing one system, the team gives an honest assessment of which platform genuinely fits a business, its operations, budget, and growth plans. For companies weighing options like MYOB Acumatica versus Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or trying to work out the best ERP for wholesale distribution in Australia, that impartial guidance removes a lot of the risk from the selection process. Beyond selection, Stratus delivers end-to-end implementation: solution design, data migration, system configuration, integration with existing tools, user training, and ongoing support. The same applies on the CRM side, where Stratus helps businesses set up and optimise HubSpot for sales, marketing, and service, connecting their front office to their ERP so data flows across the whole business. Stratus is part of Pine Services Group, a global network of ERP implementation specialists. That backing gives local Australian clients access to international experience and resources while keeping delivery close, personal, and grounded in the local market. Whether you are outgrowing your current accounting system, planning a full ERP replacement, or looking to get more out of HubSpot, Stratus provides the independent advice and hands-on delivery to make the project succeed. The focus is always the same: the right software, implemented properly, driving real outcomes for your business
