Stratex Online Reviews & Product Details

Stratex Online is Capital Planning and CapEx Management software. It governs CapEx and strategic OpEx to accelerate delivery, maximize returns and moderate risk. A comprehensive solution spanning ideation, portfolio selection, budgeting, business case approval, forecasting and analytics. It gives finance, project and executive teams one structured place to decide which investments deserve funding before any project moves into execution. Teams compare business cases, prioritize competing requests against strategy, model funding scenarios, and allocate limited capital and resources to the highest-value portfolio. By integrating actuals and commitments from the ERP, Stratex Online forecasts and analyzes capital performance across the portfolio. Stratex Online is ERP-agnostic, so it supports these decisions before projects reach any ERP, and preserves the evidence behind each one: the business case, strategic alignment, scoring, prioritization, approval rationale, and funding outcome. Built for organizations where capital investment decisions drive operational performance, in any industry. Key capabilities: • Investment demand capture and structured business cases across CapEx and strategic OpEx. • Configurable scoring and prioritization to select the best portfolio. • Financial analysis: DCF, NPV, IRR, accruals, leases, contingency, and sensitivity analysis. • Funding-scenario modelling under capital constraints. • Governed stage-gate approvals with delegation of authority (web, mobile, Outlook, Teams). • Portfolio, budget pools, and program (project pool) management. • Forecasting, commitments, completion, and post-implementation review. • DOA Approval with full auditable decision trail and decision analytics. • Curated and governed data models and services make financial, investment-impact and approval data available through Power BI or for use in customers’ own solutions. Stratex Online is developed and operated by IQX Business Solutions.
