StrateGYM Reviews & Product Details

StrateGYM is a strategic management platform for boutique gyms, CrossFit and functional boxes, personal training studios and Pilates studios. It combines gym management software, a proven business consulting method and artificial intelligence in a single product, with one goal: helping gym owners grow revenue, retain members longer and pay themselves properly. Traditional gym software was built for high-volume chains. It opens the turnstile, records payments and tells you who checked in today. A boutique gym lives on something else: the relationship between coach and member, how much that relationship is worth each month and how long it lasts. StrateGYM measures exactly that, and tells you what to do tomorrow to earn more. Complete gym management StrateGYM replaces your operational software: class scheduling and bookings, waitlists, memberships and packages, in-app payments, QR check-in, CRM, staff management and a branded member app. Business intelligence built for fitness The Dashboard (Lavagna) shows the numbers that matter, with traffic-light signals against industry benchmarks: active members, Average Revenue per Member (ARM), member lifetime, monthly churn and Revenue per Session. A priority engine turns these numbers into a short list of actions for the week. The at-risk member alert flags people who are about to quit before they cancel. Strategic modules Add the modules your gym needs: Finance: open banking (PSD2), automatic reconciliation, cash-based P&L, owner’s pay tracking and a 13-week cash forecast. Retention Pro: structured quarterly goal reviews with every member and a win-back program for former members. Growth: lead pipeline with response-time tracking, referral programs, marketing campaigns and events. Payroll & Commissions: coach rate cards, commissions calculated from the schedule and SEPA payment files. Scale: multi-location management, cross-site comparison and monthly reports for consultants and accountants. Consulting built in StrateGYM was developed by Business Partner, which has supported more than 150 boutique gyms in Italy since 2018. The method comes inside the software: an initial diagnosis, clear priorities and a monthly review of your numbers with a consultant. AI on real data The AI assistant reads your gym’s data and answers in plain language: which renewals are at risk, which classes don’t cover their costs, where to act this week. StrateGYM is designed for owner-operated boutique gyms with 50 to 1,500 members, and is built around the Italian market, including ASD and SSD sports organizations.
