What do you like best about StraightIn?

Recommendations to others considering StraightIn:

I set my expectations early not to expect too much out of the gates. That was my mistake. I've needed to ramp up my game to handle the leads and opportunities those leads have provided. It's making me more efficient to deal with the leads that they have generated. I was busy before I started using StaightIn, now I'm busier with quality leads. Mission Accomplished. What problems is StraightIn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Again: This isn't a magical service that gets you to all the right people with no effort from you. You have to know your target (and how to narrow it) in order for straightin to get you the results you want. Have a vision, then work with their team on creating it. They will get you the leads as long as you tell them what exactly it is you want. That's been my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StraightIn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Emily has been managing our account this year, and she's great. Super responsive & organized. When we want to make changes, they are fast and accurate. I believe with lead generation, you get out what you put in, and no one know your targets like YOU. So you have to work with the straightin team to tailor/narrow your targets properly. When we've done this, the results have increasingly more positive. Overall, the results we are getting seems worth the cost. In theory, a good idea. Human responses, instead of canned responses, for LinkedIn lead generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StraightIn?

Didn't deliver the leads they said it would -- zero to be exact -- and they kept my money for an extra month after my contract ran out. They won't refund it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StraightIn solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's not solving any problems. I wanted a great solution for LinkedIn lead generation and I liked the idea of StraightIn. But, they didn't make needed changes to campaigns, despite promising to do so, and we just kept running the same campaigns that weren't working. Internal communication was terrible.
