StoreRocket Reviews & Product Details

StoreRocket delivered exactly the solution we needed while developing a site that required users to view multiple territories and locations. It's a perfect application that we rely on. The customer service was spectacular. In the world of every company using AI, we were able to reach a human representative very easy and, with extreme support, was able to help us with our requests. We didn’t run into any issues with anything we used. I’m confident that if we had needed more customization or deeper integration, the team would have been able to provide it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the user interface of StoreRocket, which makes it easier for my customers to navigate my website and find the nearest store as well as the opening hours. The support from StoreRocket is also very good. Additionally, it is a great advantage that the opening hours of each store can be edited individually, which was not the case with Google Maps. The initial setup of StoreRocket was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only concern was being able to custom filter the map on our client site, but StoreRocket's founder was very quick to assess our needs and provided a working solution in under one hour! We are very pleased with the quality of customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is exactly what our website needed to move forward to a more user-friendly, streamlined application. This is a huge improvement over listing the locations on a page for people to spend precious minutes searching through on their phones. Now they find Store Rocket's sleek interactive map with all our balloon bin locations! Our amazing web designers at Island Web Solutions highly recommended Adriano at Store Rocket and they were 100% right! Quick turnaround time to setup, super easy and Adriano patiently walked me through the process. This map will be used frequently for people who are Pop-n-Dropping their deflated balloons in our bins and keeping this single-use plastic out of the environment. We are up and running and already receiving rave reviews on our new Balloon Bin Locater thanks to StoreRocket! We also greatly appreciate Adriano's support of our mission. Awesome, awesome customer support team. Great product for store locator software with many integrations like directly with Google sheets. Updating and managing data is very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly the tool itself is exactly what any eCommerce professional could need. Cost of course, could come down a bit and it does take some time to get ahead of the curve, but their support team is so good that it does not even matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly and was simple to set up. It updates every 24 hours, or you can manually sync. Does everything I wanted and more. Excellent analytical reporting and accessibility to the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a lot that I don't like about the tool. The only issue I ever had was a syncing issue between store rocket and Google sheets where the columns didn't match up for some time. The problem was entirely my fault, but difficult to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's nothing which I don't like. Being a simple integration it can provide you the routing as Google Maps does. But we should not expect that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have my website on two different platforms: WordPress and Wix, and the problem was we needed a store locator for both websites, which was costly for us. Then we discovered StoreRocket, which helped us make a store locator for both platforms for a minimal fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing wrong with this software. Everything is top-notch. You will initially get some hurdles while setting up the page, but it will be easy for those who know some techy things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
