We are very pleased with the quality of customer support. **What problems is StoreRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated previously, we needed a clean solution to customize filtering of the map for different site visitors. This is a huge improvement over listing the locations on a page for people to spend precious minutes searching through on their phones. Now they find Store Rocket's sleek interactive map with all our balloon bin locations! Our amazing web designers at Island Web Solutions highly recommended Adriano at Store Rocket and they were 100% right! Quick turnaround time to setup, super easy and Adriano patiently walked me through the process. This map will be used frequently for people who are Pop-n-Dropping their deflated balloons in our bins and keeping this single-use plastic out of the environment. We are up and running and already receiving rave reviews on our new Balloon Bin Locater thanks to StoreRocket! We also greatly appreciate Adriano's support of our mission. **What do you dislike about StoreRocket?** We're just starting to use StoreRocket, and I don't see anything to dislike about it. It updates every 24 hours, or you can manually sync. Does everything I wanted and more. Excellent analytical reporting and accessibility to the data. **What do you dislike about StoreRocket?** There isn't a lot that I don't like about the tool. The only issue I ever had was a syncing issue between store rocket and Google sheets where the columns didn't match up for some time. The problem was entirely my fault, but difficult to resolve. **What problems is StoreRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a dealer locator tool for my website so that consumers could quickly identify and locate a dealer closest to them. It is a simple process to add new dealers and the user interface on the consumer side is simple and easy to access and understand. ### 7. We needed to try to find a one-stop software for all our existing restaurant chains. The API was very easy to integrate and the user experience was very easy. Our staff found it really worth using.
