Stockroom Reviews & Product Details

Stockroom is the inventory and sales back office built for small businesses that have outgrown a spreadsheet — or Square's basic inventory — but don't want enterprise software. Everything runs off a single append-only stock ledger, so on-hand, weighted-average cost, COGS and margin are always reconciled. Buy smarter with supplier-aware purchase orders, landed cost and demand-based reordering. Keep true per-location stock and move it with a request/ship/receive transfer workflow. Print barcode labels and drive receiving, transfers and cycle-count audits with any USB scanner. Never oversell, with reservations and available-to-promise. Sell with partial payments, disciplined discounting and returns that restock at cost. Handle kits/bundles, units of measure, lot & expiry traceability, rentals, and a print-ready tax packet. Already on Square? Keep it for checkout and payments — Stockroom adds the depth Square can't, and a two-way sync keeps catalog, stock and sales in step. No double-charge for payments. Migrate your Square catalog, customers and sales in an afternoon, or import a CSV and run standalone. Free to start. No credit card.
