Steward My Church Reviews & Product Details

Steward My Church is facility management software that centralizes maintenance operations and asset tracking. Teams can create, assign, and track work orders with statuses, comments and photos. QR code reporting allows anyone to report issues, users to scan codes on equipment or rooms to submit maintenance requests via smartphone without requiring an account or app. Reports are routed automatically based on assignment rules. Asset tracking includes inventories with details like serial numbers, warranty dates, and replacement costs, while service histories are stored for each item. Recurring maintenance scheduling automates tasks like HVAC filter changes. Facilities are organized into campuses, buildings, and rooms, each with QR codes for issue reporting. Teams can be grouped into crews with leads and smart assignment rules. Dashboards display work orders, overdue items, and activity. The mobile-first design works on phones, tablets, and desktops with passwordless login via email codes.
