While significant progress has been made with the v2 API, API support for incident templates is still lacking. This functionality would greatly improve our automation capabilities. Since Statuspal is so responsive in user feedback I wouldnt even count this as a real dislike as I can count on them to deliver on it in near future and it wont even be a dislike at that point. Excellent find, there are a lot of very interesting features. For example it is possible to change the language entirely by putting its own translation file. I also like the fact that I can modify the HTML of the header and the footer, it allows you to customize the status page even more and create some unique things. Statuspal is a great tool that includes all the features you need for a status page, including service monitoring, uptime display (including custom domain and branding), and notifications. Sending notifications during incidents is really important (you need to keep users informed!) and Statuspal makes this really easy - we use the Mailgun integration for this, which works great. On top of that, Eduardo provides fast support when you need it - we needed a tweak to the status badge embedding code, and he was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
