We also value the platform's reliability and the consistent delivery of regular updates, which often incorporate user feedback. **What do you dislike about Statuspal?** While significant progress has been made with the v2 API, API support for incident templates is still lacking. This functionality would greatly improve our automation capabilities. Since Statuspal is so responsive in user feedback I wouldnt even count this as a real dislike as I can count on them to deliver on it in near future and it wont even be a dislike at that point. **What problems is Statuspal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our focus on automation necessitates robust API integration with our status page solution. Statuspal's comprehensive API and multi-status page functionality have been invaluable, enabling us to effectively manage both internal and external communications. ### 2. For example it is possible to change the language entirely by putting its own translation file. I also like the fact that I can modify the HTML of the header and the footer, it allows you to customize the status page even more and create some unique things. The new servers in Europe are also a few things that I like. **What do you dislike about Statuspal?** I did not notice any major fault when using StatusPal, the only fault I have is that there are no servers in Europe but StatusPal have just added the functionality of European servers so it is faultless from my point of view. **What problems is Statuspal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being based in France my main problem was the location of the servers which was in the United States and StatusPal have just added servers in Europe which facilitates access to the user on our status page. ### 3. Sending notifications during incidents is really important (you need to keep users informed!) and Statuspal makes this really easy - we use the Mailgun integration for this, which works great. On top of that, Eduardo provides fast support when you need it - we needed a tweak to the status badge embedding code, and he was really responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. It even has a dark mode! **What do you dislike about Statuspal?** It's a really minor thing, but I would like a slight tweak to the user roles system, because it would be useful to allow users to only create subscribers for the status page. But honestly, there is very little I dislike about this product, it's great! **What problems is Statuspal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping our customers informed about our system statuses, in particular when outages occur the tool is invaluable. ### 6.
