Apart from that it does what it promises. I used it to get opinions about few topics. Good for doing primary surveys. **What do you dislike about StatPac?** The UI although it is simple, it freezes sometimes. It is time consuming to do larger analysis. I feel it can be more interactive to the minds of people, and need some improvement. **What problems is StatPac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Though conducting survey are easy and simple, I do not use it recently this service since we have some other providers like google forms. Running additional analysis such as chi squared and mean ratings requires many steps and you must either write or perform them in interactive mode which is too much work for a simple glance. They need a dashboard that will allow you to do simple analysis features without having to do a full run of a procedure. **Recommendations to others considering StatPac:** Consider using SPSS or R instead. **What problems is StatPac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Market research for government organizations, community surveys, parks and recreation surveys and the like. There aren't a lot of benefits to using StatPac. It is the program we have used for years and so there is a sense of security with senior staff, but it is out of date and hard to use. ### 16.
