What do you like best about Start Hotspot Cloud WiFi?

I like how it allows you to build your wifi system quickly and control usage for every guest anytime. What I like the most is the analytics that can be viewed after guest connections have ended, which shows feedback on whether my guests are satisfied with the service. What do you dislike about Start Hotspot Cloud WiFi?
