It's cheap and has many of the functions we need.

**What do you dislike about Start Hotspot Cloud WiFi?**

Customer service is terrible. They are based on Serbia, so you only get service in the early mornings, they are NOT available during the day in the US. software is super clunky and doesn't always work, customers complain about not being able to log in. user interface is from a decade ago, not very nice. Intergration is alright.

**What do you like best about Start Hotspot Cloud WiFi?**

I like how it allows you to build your wifi system quickly and control usage for every guest anytime. What i like the most is the analytics that can be viewed after guest connections have ended, which shows feedback on whether my guests are satisfied with the service.
Also, i like that i can have a free trial without using my credit card.

**What do you dislike about Start Hotspot Cloud WiFi?**

The only drawback about this software is that the website looks old and the pricing is a bit high, but it's not a problem since it offers beneficial services and easy control of my internet!

**What problems is Start Hotspot Cloud WiFi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the problem that i couldn't connect all my routers through the same system. Also, it solved that i couldn't control the maximum usage of every guest connected to the wifi.
