## About StarProve
Contractors ask the same questions before every project: how do you vet a job site before quoting? Where can contractors check an address before taking a job? How do contractors protect themselves from non-payment? Is there a blacklist of bad clients? StarProve was built to answer them. It is a closed community of verified contractors — every member confirms an active contractor license before entry, and there are no homeowners inside. Every entry comes from a licensed contractor — not from anyone who downloaded an app. Contractors log and rate the conditions they found at a job site — overall project experience, payment terms on the project, work environment — and every entry is tied to the property address. Before quoting, a contractor opens the map, checks the address, and sees what other verified professionals rated there. Entries are anonymous to other members — but every one comes from a licensed contractor who actually worked at that address. There is no blacklist of clients and no rating of people in StarProve — the experience stays with the address, logged by those who worked there. StarProve is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports.
