Before quoting, a contractor opens the map, checks the address, and sees what other verified professionals rated there. Entries are anonymous to other members — but every one comes from a licensed contractor who actually worked at that address. There is no blacklist of clients and no rating of people in StarProve — the experience stays with the address, logged by those who worked there. StarProve is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports.
