Staffseye İK is cloud-based HR software that manages personnel tracking, attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll processing. Leave management handles accruals, approval workflows, and real-time tracking integrated with holiday calendars. Payroll integration exports attendance data to Excel formats compatible with accounting software like Logo and Mikro, while automating overtime calculations and tax withholdings. Supporting multi-branch structures, the system uses hierarchical permissions to control data access. Built on AWS with Cloudflare security, it stores encrypted data and complies with regulations without collecting biometric information.
