What do you like best about StackScan?

One of the newer things I like about StackScan is the Extended Scanning feature, which goes beyond basic tech detection to check for outdated server software, misconfigurations, SSL/TLS weaknesses, and known vulnerabilities making it useful for security research.

I'm also intrigued by the MCP Server they've rolled out, which connects directly to AI assistants like Claude and Cursor so you can ask plain English questions like "What is example.com built on?" and get answers without leaving your workflow. It's a clever way to pull technographic data without constantly jumping back into the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackScan?

Something that could improve is the learning curve around the credit system. It took me a little while to figure out that credits don't roll over if unused, and that keyword downloads consume a credit each time you export a fresh report.

I'd also love to see more detailed company enrichment data and more flexible multi-user access for team collaboration right now lifetime plans are single-user only, which makes sharing access across a team a bit tricky. The platform is constantly evolving though, so I'm hoping these are on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
