## Stable Reviews
 ### 1. Great Features, But Setup and Cost Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** dmitry r. | Board, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I like that Stable allows me to set a more professional image for my business. The features that Stable provides are great, especially the scanning features for the mail. It gives me the peace of mind of knowing that nothing is a surprise. If I'm unable to pick up the mail, I can just log in and see everything.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

It's a little more expensive than other similar companies. The setup is not the easiest thing either. When initially setting up, there's issues with Stable 'fitting together' with the other programs and tools.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable helps me maintain a professional image for my business. I appreciate the scanning features, which ensure there are no surprises by allowing me to view all my mail online even when I can't pick it up.

 ### 2. Peace of Mind: Ensuring Your Business Receives Every Communication On Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos R. | Senior Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I now contracted also their Resident Agent service and it's very convenient to have everything in the same platform.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

They are improving everytime and I like them while maintaining the simplicity of the base service. They are adding AI to interpret the content of the letter which is very handy

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable solves the problem of having a permanent, reliable address for my online-only business, eliminating the inconvenience of using a P.O. Box. I can rest assured that I receive and can read all my mail without issues. Even packages are handled efficiently, with international forwarding at great prices. For example, I once received a critical security token sent to this address, and Stable ensured it reached me seamlessly.

 ### 3. Outstanding Customer Service and Seamless Mail Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe A. | Accounts Payable & Procurement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Stable?**

The customer service at Stable is outstanding. Our representative, Daryl, is very responsive and ensures that we are taken care of from a customer perspective. We really enjoy the ability to archive mail and retrieve it in the future if needed. I also like the ability to see our mail scanned within a twenty-four-hour period. The initial setup was extremely easy, with our account rep helping us from the beginning to the end of the process and continuing with follow-up meetings weekly.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

nothing at all

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable ensures that we receive every piece of mail, including checks, from several locations and allows us to review the mail electronically every day.

 ### 4. Streamlined Virtual Address Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard G. | Sr. Project Controls Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I appreciate that I don't get notified every thirty seconds from Stable. I only receive notifications every so often, and specifically when I receive hard mail from any senders. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I have been very happy with the product. Everything was great.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

I don't see anything not working well for me right now. I've been very happy with the product.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Stable to keep a virtual address, preventing my home from being bombarded with mail and not having to use my home address for business purposes.

 ### 5. Essential Tool for Remote Mail Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I love Stable for its fantastic user experience. It doesn't involve any heavy lifting from me or my team, as we just receive an email notification when mail arrives. Everything is automatically scanned, providing us with a PDF to review and take action if necessary, such as paying a bill or responding to a tax notice. When we receive checks, they forward them directly to another mailbox where we have access, solving several logistical challenges for us. The scanning mail feature takes a simple yet time-consuming task off our plate, especially since we are a remote company without a physical office. It allows us to easily tag colleagues to handle mail digitally, ensuring quick and efficient collaboration. Stable has a really good user experience and user interface, making it very intuitive to navigate the platform. It just works seamlessly, and having used it for several years, we are completely satisfied and would never consider switching to another virtual mailbox service. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, with excellent support from their customer team, ensuring we had no issues during the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

There is nothing I dislike. The only possible issue will be if the government stops sending notices in the mail, then we will question if it's worth it to keep a virtual mailbox (and pay a monthly fee for it).

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable efficiently manages our remote company's mail without a physical location. It seamlessly digitizes mail, provides quick email notifications, scans documents, and forwards checks, making mail processing effortless and improving user experience.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

 ### 8. Great product -- it just works, and it works every time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dima K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I am a devoted user of the virtual mailbox from Stable. I've thoroughly researched the market for a virtual mail solution -- this one is the best. Stables does one thing for me, and it does it great -- they receive paper mail for you, notify you over email, scan whenever needs attention, and then shred it or promptly forward it to you (for a cost of U.S. postmark, I believe). It's very easy.

All for less than a typical software subscription. Great value, IMO!

Everything in Stable is prompt, and straightforward, nothing is ever lost. If you get paper checks, Stable can deposit it for you (I have not tried it yet). There're also complex routing options for bigger teams, and other features that I'm yet to use -- Stable is always evolving their software.

Even when we had a physical office, dealing with mail is a real time consuming pain -- especially if you have other people who should be in the know about this incoming stuff. Even if you have an office manager -- it's worth saving their time!

There's Stable -- exactly for this.

So, don't think twice (all of my friends business owners are using it). Here's your 20% discount for the first year, if you're in doubt. https://dashboard.usestable.com/onboard/begin?promoCode=dmitrii-07ef46stref

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

There isn't anything that I dislike, but it'd be helpful if there were wider choice of addresses in the Bay Area. Also, having a nice looking office building located at the same physical address would add some value and respect points to each user.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing paper mail; receiving, scanning, routing scans, forwarding mail, shredding mail, providing business address for registration and other puposes.

 ### 9. Fast, Easy Signup and Clear Mail Alerts—No More In-Person Pickups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I appreciated how fast and easy the signup process was. Their mail processing system and alerts are very clear and easy to use, giving me a lot of confidence that things are actually reaching me. And I am thrilled I don't have to go to a physical location to pick up mail!

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

It's expensive, though less pricy than similar options with a physical mailbox.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I previously had a private mailbox at a UPS store which had an incorrect email address for me and kept losing mail and packages. I am so much happier and have much more confidence in the service I am getting from Stable.

 ### 10. Effortless Setup, Seamless User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan M. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I find Stable incredibly easy to use, which enhances my overall experience with virtual mail services. The emails and user experience are super clean and straightforward, making for a very seamless and efficient process. I appreciate the ease with which I can pull referral codes, making certain tasks effortless. The initial setup of Stable was incredibly easy and quick, taking just a couple of minutes including verification. This smooth setup experience adds to the convenience and user-friendliness of the product. Given these positive aspects, I am highly likely to recommend Stable to others.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Honestly nothing, I just don't get that much mail so don't use it nearly as much as I could

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Stable for virtual mail services because it's easy to use, with a super straightforward and seamless user experience. The ability to handle emails efficiently is a significant benefit.

 ### 11. Turns out it's possible to be obsessed with your mailbox provider...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Multiple business names and recipients can be registered at one address with one account and they offer a discounted rate for new companies while you're just getting things set up. Customer support is super quick and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Nothing at all, legit love it. Tried lots of others and Stable is in a league of its own.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We own and operate multiple companies. Having a single mailing address to handle all administrative mail is a game changer, not only in terms of cost but also just hassle. The integrations with our other systems makes like 10 x easier - it's possible to automate workflows at a non-technical user level. Seriously.

The interface Stable uses is straightforward and clean meaning anyone in the team can pick it up with zero training.

 ### 12. Clean, Fast, and Feature-Rich Mail Management

 ### 18. Happy customer since 2019, great service, responsive support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I've been a happy customer of Stable since 2019, when they first launched out of YC. Their support is very responsive and receptive to feedback, and the product experience is great.

Stable sends an email notification every time I get mail, so I can scan and view mail while barely leaving my inbox. They scan with OCR and put the mail sender in the subject line so it is searchable from my inbox.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

- Some sort of cloud storage integration would be really cool — e.g. being able to automatically sync/save scans to Google Drive or S3
- More organization tools beyond tags would be cool (e.g. folders)
- It'd be nice if they supported bulk forwarding; right now, you have to pay to forward each mailpiece individually.
- As someone who lives in San Francisco, relatively close to a physical Stable location, being able to pick up some packages / mailpieces in person would be great; it doesn't really make sense to pay $20 to forward a package half a mile
- The web app could use a few UI/UX tweaks and optimizations to be easier to use / snappier, e.g. it'd be nice if the "Mailroom" page had infinite scroll; not sure if the JavaScript bundles are code-split so the initial load of the web app feels slow

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable provides a stable address, so I don't have to update my mailing address whenever I move. It gives me peace of mind that I won't lose or miss mail because an old address is still being used somewhere.

It's better than a physical PO box or mailbox since I don't need to go in-person to check my mail, they'll scan it for me.

 ### 19. Great service, fast delivery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iván R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable has proven to be an excellent tool for our needs. Their team is highly communicative and responsive, providing support whenever needed and helping us quickly with any specific requests. The tool functions seamlessly, delivering consistent results as expected, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with its performance. Overall, Stable has been a reliable partner, meeting our expectations at every turn without any issues—highly recommended

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Pricing for companies with very low mail volumes

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable provides us with a permanent U.S. mailing address, which is invaluable for establishing a reliable business presence in the U.S. This service enables us to receive and forward mail, allowing for seamless handling of correspondence and packages without needing a physical office. Stable’s forwarding services ensure that all mail reaches us efficiently, no matter where we are, which has streamlined our operations and improved our ability to manage essential communications remotely. This solution has eliminated logistical hassles, saved time, and enhanced our flexibility in managing U.S.-based interactions.

 ### 20. Impressed with this relatively new entrant into the virtual mailbox space

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey T. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I've tried several of Stable's competitors (Earthclass Mail/LegalZoom, iPostal 1, Anytime Mailbox, Clevver), and the combination of features & price makes Stable the best choice for me.

I own several small businesses (as well as manage things for several elderly family members). So, we have many recipients between my husband, my business partner, the businesses, and multiple family members for whom we receive mail. Many other services charge extra recipients, even if they only receive a few pieces of mail a year; I found Stable's pricing model to be more cost-effective for this scenario. They were also the easiest to implement of all the services I've used.

I've had occasion to contact support several times, and they've always responded promptly and been quite helpful. They also seem very receptive to receiving enhancement requests.

The scans have been very accurate so far.

They have quite a few address locations available, and in the few months I've been with them, they've added several more.

Overall, while some things could be improved (and to be fair, I'm incredibly particular), I'd recommend Stable.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

My primary dissatisfaction with Stable is its user interface. While it's very clean and modern looking, it seems less friendly to me than the Earthclass Mail/Legal Zoom UI. Mail is shown as "tiles" in the inbox versus more of an email inbox sort of view. At the very least, there should be a way to toggle to this sort of view. Also, there's no way to multi-select items and then choose the action you'd like to take with them (e.g., forward, shred, download, etc.), which is the most intuitive flow based on applications most people use daily. You can accomplish the same thing in their interface, but you first have to select the action and then select the items. It's contrary to how most other sites and apps work (especially email). Also, some things take extra clicks, e.g., when you're viewing a piece of mail, you can't click an arrow to move to the next unread message or the following message in the inbox. Rather, you need to click back and be sure to remember the location of what you just viewed among the tiles, as you'll need to select the next item manually.

Another item I was surprised about, as I don't recall it being mentioned in onboarding (although I may have missed it), is that while they have many address locations, the mail is all forwarded to their San Francisco offices before it's scanned. Since my address is in Boston, there may be additional delays before seeing the mail. For comparison, Earthclass/LegalZoom operates all its facilities, and scanning is done locally. Hopefully, as Stable grows, they'll add more geographically diverse scanning facilities to expedite things.

While I may sound very critical, none of these items are dealbreakers, and Stable is the right choice for my use case. I encourage anyone looking for a similar service to check them out. Yes, I find the interface somewhat frustrating, but we do not receive a large enough volume of email for where it takes an appreciable amount of time.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently moved to Berlin, Germany, from Boston and was in need of a virtual mail service to which I could forward things I don't receive electronically. As I mentioned earlier, I have quite a few recipients, and Stable's pricing model was ideal for me when compared to alternatives.

 ### 21. Very happy customers for 4+ years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz H. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Our company has been Stable customers for about 4 years. It operates as our office manager and seamlessly handles our mail, registered agent, check deposit and more. It's easy to use and implement, has very responsive customer support. We use it frequently to manage our mail so we dont miss important documents from the goverment or other entities.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

We cant wait for stable to take on more services so we can consolidate our tech stack.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Permanat business address. We have a distributed team and used to be fully remote. There was previously no way to get mail except for going to one of our homes, and we didnt want our home address to be the address of record for goverment filings, etc. So, now it's easy to use Stable for our permanant address.

2) virutal mailbox. We use Stable to receive and manage our mail, easily deposit checks, or route letters to the right person. And it maintains a history of mail so we never lose anything important.

3) Registered agent. We signed up for Stable's registered agent service as soon as they rolled it out. We used to pay a different 3rd party which meant more vendor management, and more expensive.

 ### 22. Exactly what a startup needs for paperwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Curtis F. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable is the perfect fit for startups that want a permanent address for the government/banks/etc. and want help with the admin work of scanning mail. They do exactly what they say they do:

1. Give you a non-PO box physical address (because the government and banks hate PO boxes for some reason)
2. Scan all of your mail
3. Shred anything that you need shredded

Friends don't let friends use their home address for their business (I've done this... big mistake). Just get Stable and you'll be glad you did.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

For a while their check cashing service didn't work with Mercury. Not sure if this has been fixed yet; not a huge deal though!

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Getting a physical address for an all-remote company
- Virtual mailbox where all mail is scanned

 ### 23. Great service, reliable product.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganzorig J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable has been an outstanding tool for our team’s needs, especially as a startup. The platform functions smoothly, delivering consistent, reliable results that have been crucial for our operations. Their team is exceptionally communicative and responsive, readily providing support and addressing our specific requests with speed and efficiency.

Stable’s affordable rates are well-suited for new companies, and their partnership with Stripe Atlas gave us a three-month free offer—a huge help for us as a newly established company. Overall, Stable has proven to be a dependable partner, meeting or even exceeding our expectations across the board. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Stable. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is a slight lag with mail notifications—they tend to arrive a bit behind the website inbox updates. However, this hasn’t significantly impacted our experience, and overall, the platform still runs smoothly and meets our needs.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable’s virtual address and mailbox platform has allowed us to establish a professional headquarters in the U.S., no matter where we’re located. All our physical mail is digitized and easily accessible through our online portal, making mail management effortless.

Their industry-leading customer support and automation features streamline our workflows, and we love the convenience of their check deposit services and seamless integrations with our other tools. With Stable handling our mail, we can focus on growing our business without any distractions.

 ### 24. Modern mail handling with good support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable has truly nailed what it means to handle virtual mail effortlessly. We changed our address from one of our founder's homes to Stable. The platform makes managing and sorting incoming mail as easy as it gets, with a super intuitive, modern dashboard that stands out from other clunky services in the space. The entire experience feels incredibly refined, designed with usability in mind. Customer support is amazing, always can get in touch with someone and so helpful

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. As a growing product, I'd love to see them add sending mail from PDF or allowing me as an individual to send route my personal mail to them.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable makes managing our business address and handling incoming mail painless. Changing addresses was incredibly straightforward—something that's often a headache with other services. Now, our team can easily manage mail, scan documents, and archive important items in minutes. The speed of processing and the security of a SOC 2-compliant platform give me peace of mind, knowing our sensitive information is well-protected and that we’re saving both time and hassle.

 ### 25. Streamlined and Reliable for Daily Operations

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable has truly simplified our day-to-day operations by offering a user-friendly interface and reliable performance that we can count on. I appreciate the range of customizable options and seamless integration with the other tools we use. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. Stable is a time-saver that allows our team to work efficiently without having to worry about tech hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

While Stable has been a valuable tool, there are occasional delays in receiving updates on new feature rollouts. It would be great to have more frequent insights into upcoming features or enhancements to keep our team ahead of the curve. Additionally, a few advanced customization options could further optimize our workflow.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable provides us with a virtual box address in the U.S., simplifying our business operations and enhancing our professional presence without the need for physical office space. This has streamlined our workflows and improved our access to U.S.-based clients and resources.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Two issues thus far:

1) I wish that my main address could be used for banking (I use Mercury Bank), but it seems that banks view it as a PO Box. FWIW, when I used my registered agent address, the bank accepted it as a real address just fine...

2) "Tech banks" (Brex, Mercury, Rho, etc) which are one of the primary customer bases for Stable don't seem to allow auto-deposit of checks from Stable as well.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a major challenge for remote-only companies: How do I maintain a digital tie to a physical world. Put simply, Stable gives you the physical presence you need and does it in a clean high-tech simple way.

 ### 28. Excellent Mail Service & Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

We've been using Stable for 1 year and it is hands down the best option in this space with intuitive design, HIPAA compliance and resonable mail forwarding pricing. The setup process was seamless and much faster than our previous experince with other companies we tried and we were up and running in short order. Pricing is excellent and they do not upcharge for scanning and archiving like many other competitiors. They've also added check deposit features that are super helpful to startup businesses and we look forward to continuing with them.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Honestly, Stable has been doing a great job rolling out new features, but access to a dedicated feature request hub for the roadmap would be nice.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary pain point Stable solves for us is mail receiving, sorting, scanning and archiving for the business.

 ### 29. Efficient & Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin C. | Customer Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I learned how to navigate Stable in under 30 seconds. The email notifications are informative but not overkill.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

I would prefer a setting that we can choose to mark things as "read" instead of marking them as "unread". I get pulled away a lot and have to revisit a payment that I may have clicked on but didn't address yet.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fully remote company so this allows us to have a billing location for all payments to be sent to and processed that isn't relying on a team member who may leave at some point.

 ### 30. Managing a virtual address made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajwad I. | Founder/Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable made it easy for my startup to get a NYC address and handle our mail in a timely manner. They are very responsive when it comes to forwarding or scanning the mail.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

At the moment, if they could bundle mail together and forward it as one package/envelope than that would be great.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a New York City based address for our startup and while registering a company via Stripe Atlas we came to know about Stable. I immediatly signed up for stable because I didn't want to use my home address as my company's official address.

 ### 31. The way virtual mailboxes are supposed to be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harley J. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable sends scans of received envelopes promptly to my email, and if a scan is requested, they always send it within 24 hours or 1 business day, including the scan being attached to the email - so I don't necessarily need to sign back in to see my scan. If I receive a check there, they deposit it to my bank account.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

No downsides found yet. Everything has been good at Stable.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable makes it so that I can reliably receive mail and check payments in a timely manner despite being mobile most of the time.

 ### 32. I love Stable. Here's why.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

So easy to set up, the service is great, and the benefits of having a "stable" address while I move around and build business is a huge plus. They are so good at sending the physical copies of my mail on time. I've had no issues so far and would reccomend stable to any entrepreneur who is looking to establish a more legitamite operation, and maintain the flexibility of working remote and having a distributed workforce.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Nothing comes to mind, pricing might be an issue if you are strapped for cash in the early days of your business. But it is well worth the price in my opinion.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having a phsyical office can be a pain, but with Stable, it becomes an advantage. I

 ### 33. Easiest virtual mailbox

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I set up the virtual mailbox in 10 minutes and the team was very hands on to help me submit the paperwork needed in order to start using the product. The software is very intuitive - you can scan a piece of mail and decide if you want to forward it or shred it. I will be using stable for my virtual mail needs for many years to come.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Stable isnt available in every state yet!

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable makes it easy to receive and view my mail

 ### 34. Stable is great for Remote Businesses and Startups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jelica B. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable's support is on it - they're fast to respond and easy to deal with (+polite!). Stable is great for companies who need to have corporate addresses that are remote first, startups, or companies who need to have multiple "offices"/ addresses based on how the operate.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Nothing - they're on it. I have nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable makes it easy for us to receive our mail without using my personal address on any important documents, etc. You know what you got, when you got, and you can have it sent to yourself at home. We're a remte-first business with operations out of multiple cities - getting setup and registered in those places was a breeze with Stable.

 ### 35. Simple, fast and works immediately

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khai Z. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Got a new address same day and I used it to register my corp. Also got a discount link to Stripe Atlas which saved me $200. Everything works, no hassles, easy login and dashboard to manage account. Easy and unlimited scans of mail (though I've only had <10 pieces of mail)

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Occasional buggy login or password reset

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable got me an address for me to use for email motivations and to register my corp without revealing my home address.

 ### 36. Amazing service, support, and solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

We couldn't run our business without it. Stable is reliable and responsive, and provides our global remote team exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Absolutely no complaints. As an early stage company, the only hesitation I might have would be pricing -- but Stable understands and offers generous discounts for early stage companies.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a permanent street address for physical mail, which enables us to run our business without a costly brick and mortar location.

 ### 37. Great product!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

It's easy to use, easy to see what mail I have and download pdfs.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

The lower tier plan you have to click that you want your mail scanned when it arrives.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A virtual mailbox where I know mail will arrive and be sent to me online. It has ease of use, and doesn't take up any more of my time that I want it to. I love it.

 ### 38. The virtual mailbox service of my dreams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Absolutely incredible customer support from our account manager

It's super easy to use, and ultra-quick load times means I'm not sitting there for an extra ten minutes waiting for scans to appear.

We use Stable every day, so it's important that it works well (and it does)

Stable also offers Registered Agent services

It was super easy to implement and integrate to our systems (Slack, etc)

The Stable team helps you create a checklist for address updates

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

The initial default notifications aren't my favorite - I do wish the onboarding workflow took you through customizing them outright. But, once you fix them, they're fine.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable allows us to manage mail for 10+ entities from one interface with no extra work logging out and back in.

Stable is (conservatively) ten times (10x) faster to use than our old solution. This matters a ton at our scale.

 ### 39. Great product for remote companies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I like that Stable allows us to still utilize our business address for mail purposes but takes out the physical handling of the mail, unless we request it.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Sometimes the scans aren't always perfect but it's easily remedied by our account manager who can request for a rescan.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stable allows us to continue utilzing our business address for physical mail and have assurance that someone is reviewing, scanning and assigning the documents to the right department within our organization. As a remote company it is a great way to lessen the burden on local team members who may not be in the office all the time.

 ### 40. Exceptional service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George S. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

Stable is an amazing service. From the very first moment you feel personal touch. The web application is very easy to use, functional and clean. But it's not about software that matters. It's about people behind Stable. Rarely you see such level of attention. With Stable you have a feeling that you are the only customer. It's that personal and human. I recommend Stable without hesitation.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

Nothing comes to mind as the service constantly gets improved. Can't think of any negatives.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Stable you get your address and mail handling done in a quality fashion and at affordable price. Stable just works.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I love that they have ongoing newsletters outlining new features and projects in the pipeline. Rather than trying upsell things, I can see they are about showing movement and progress in their product.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

If there is anything I could think of, it would be a request to have a mobile app someday. I'm not sure if it would be totally nesseary as I have mail summarized in email form, but maybe it might be more appealing to others.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to budget for a staff to assist with mailings which is an overall net savings.

 ### 43. I am very happy with the use of Stable

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

We are a virtual company, and had mail and receivables being delivered to various locations. Stable allowed us to centralize and SIGNIFICANTLY improve administrative and billing processes, while reducing numerous complex processes for multiple members of our management team. **What do you dislike about Stable?**

Really don't have anything specific, night and day from our prior process.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I have contracted virtual address services before, and I have always had to give instructions by email or phone for anything. The difference with Stable is that they have transformed all those interactions into a web application from which I can do everything quickly and easily, saving work time.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

The service is great, but I think the prices could be a limitation if you are starting a business.

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I created a company in the USA and needed an address for legal purposes and Stable provided me with an address easily.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Stable?**

I love that stable allows me to get my mail while I'm on the road, but it also enables quicker and better organization of our mail. I originally just wanted to be able to get mail while away. I didn't realize that a huge benefit of stable would be having all of my important mail, scanned and ready to be filed.

**What do you dislike about Stable?**

I can't really think of anything I dislike about stable, but an app would be cool

**What problems is Stable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 50. Great mail service for startups
