We use this to manage websites which can be opened through as blocking social media websites. It have squid.conf file which is hard to understand. **What problems is Squid 3.5 Proxy Server for Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have high server cost problem earlier due to repeated request. This have caching features which minimize the request that are made to the server so it decrease our aws bill. Our latency decreases on repeated request.
