SQAD also has a great sales team that provides information and demos for customer service to help get an understanding of how to use the products and what they do. **What do you dislike about SQAD?** That the Board of Directors which does not interact with the team on a regular basis can make personnel decisions without getting feedback from the managers who are working with the employees. **Recommendations to others considering SQAD:** Get as much information from the Sales Team and/or Sales Managers to get details on the product and how they can be cost effective. **What problems is SQAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** SQAD helped solving problems looking at OOH Data as well as National Marketing Demographics. ### 8. I'd like to be able to have multiple people in a flowchart, be able to format text better and have it fit inside one vehicle instead of running off the vehicle, and I would like to be able to undo more than one action! **Recommendations to others considering SQAD:** let them know what updates you would like and hopefully they listen **What problems is SQAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving problems with creating flowcharts. There are more benefits to using MediaTools than using Excel for flowcharts and ad spend ### 10.
