I stayed with them because i’m in the early stages of my business and didn’t have the time or manpower to switch platforms **What do you dislike about Sprwt?** I’ve lost thousands of dollars because of refunds I’ve had to issue to my customers due to website malfunctions. I’ve had 30-50 subscribers over the last 2 years report that they cancelled their subscription solely on the fact that the website is too confusing. They have little functionality **What problems is Sprwt solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were meant to solve problems with inventory, obtaining orders and giving the customer an individualized experience.
