I stayed with them because i’m in the early stages of my business and didn’t have the time or manpower to switch platforms **What do you dislike about Sprwt?** I’ve lost thousands of dollars because of refunds I’ve had to issue to my customers due to website malfunctions. I’ve had 30-50 subscribers over the last 2 years report that they cancelled their subscription solely on the fact that the website is too confusing. They have little functionality **What problems is Sprwt solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were meant to solve problems with inventory, obtaining orders and giving the customer an individualized experience. They were also intended to help produce labels for each meal that was ordered ### 2.
