"Good App For Dropshipping Business."

What do you like best about Spocket?

What I like most about Spocket is that it is easy to use and compatible with ecommerce websites that use Shopify and WooCommerce. Spocket also have application that easy to install and set up.

Also the products in Spocket (come from US/EU) in my opinion have better quality compared to other places such as AliExpress (from China). In addition, Spocket is also suitable for those who have customers in areas such as the United States, Canada, and EU because the shipping time to these countries is very fast.

In addition, the number of products available on Spocket is very large with categories of many different niches helping users to have more choices. The profit from selling products from Spocket is also quite high (30-60%).

Spocket also saves me a lot of time and effort because almost Spocket works automatically, from importing products, synchronizing inventory, to ordering orders, everything happens automatically. Really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spocket?

The first thing I don't like about Spocket and is also the reason I don't use it anymore because it doesn't support paying orders using PayPal. This made me very uncomfortable because I already had money in my PayPal account (received from my customers) but could not use it to pay.

In addition, Spocket is limited in integrating into different websites. Currently Spocket only supports Shopify and WooCommerce, meaning that the rest of the websites cannot use it. Spocket should improve this by supporting more platforms.

Moreover, although Spocket introduces that their products can ship worldwide, after researching, I found that many products only support shipping to the US or Canada. International shipping is also quite expensive (from $15-$25). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you’re a business owner and looking for dropshipping products for your store, in my opinion, Spocket is a good choice. "Amazing Website!"

What do you like best about Spocket?

Helped me pick products to jump start my commerce business. Couldn't thank you enough. They make the life of retailers 3 times easier. The customer service is like nothing I have ever seen before, friendly and helpful. As a new entrepreneur, building an online store is very challenging. But in the last week, Spocket customer service has been there to check on me. I chatted with several people online. The last few times, it was John. He made me feel at ease and walked me through the process to answer my questions. I felt very much supported. In addition, the products are high-quality, top of the line products. Things I would buy for myself! I want everyone to know this is the best drop ship app ive use so far. tried almost all the top ones but this sprocket is really making a difference for me. this gonna be my 2nd store at first i used woo with a diff app, didn't quite make it. i hope this time sprocket makes the difference Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spocket?

I would love to have more descriptions for the products, but overall it is a good dropshipping app that I would recommend. I'm trying out different dropshipping apps but so far I would pick Spocket as my top pick. "Excellent Shopify App if You Seek US or Europe based Dropshipping Suppliers"

What do you like best about Spocket?

I like that Spocket is scalable. They offer various plans based on your business' size. You can start for free and subscribe to bigger plans as you your business grows.

Another thing I like -their best feature- is that they cover thousands of reliable suppliers across US and EU as opposed to Oberla (which is also a great app mostly focused on suppliers from Asia.)

I'm also amazed that their product base covers print on demand goods too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spocket?

I can't sell products on Amazon, Etsy and eBay with Spocket.

Another con: their suppliers' shipping fees don't include Tax and Customs.

That one's not a big bummer but: You Can't Directly Contact Spocket Suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Spocket:

Find the right niche before importing 100s of products into your store. Most of the product categories are very much saturated with thousands of other dropshipping web sites all over the web. Make your homework and do some market research before starting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was more of a selection for eco-friendly products, and that some all of the really good ones weren't for the highest membership tier. Leave some crumbs for the little guys starting out so they can and want to invest in the full membership. To be able to sell some of those desired products or the option to have 2-3 so we can fully realize the benefit, both with use in the system, increased quality and sales would help drive those memberships without much loss to your suppliers or your bottom line. "Grateful for their service"

What do you like best about Spocket?

The customer service has been comforting and they vet sellers AND buyers so no one is left without a safety net. Others like Spocket don't protect their sellers at all so I feel more comfortable knowing that I won't be contacted by crazy spammers. It's ultimately my responsibility who I sell to, but knowing the buyers are legit and really want to carry good products makes my decisions to stay with Spocket easier. I left the other sites because I didn't trust them to look out for all parties.

I also like that the brands they array are quality and non-Alibaba. The site is filled with makers like me, and I feel my brand will raise in value being part of this, vs. the other sites like them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spocket?

I'm not quite sure yet since I've only been working with Spocket for a week, getting set up. I guess it's that I don't get to know which shops carry my products to a) make sure everything about the product is correct on their site, b) to provide better customer service, c) to build a relationship. I understand Spocket not wanting to have a buyer and seller go off and create their own agreement, so I get it. Just wish I could know the buyers better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend it if you are a quality maker who cares about his/her brand being represented by quality shops. I trust that Spocket cares about my safety and that of the buyers'. It has been an easy set-up and I have enjoyed my contact with my rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was avoiding dropshipping, thinking it would be unreliable or scary. But I was contacted, and all of my badgering questions were answered so nicely, that I didn't see why not do this. It's a great way get my products seen, subsidize my own retail and wholesale, and it helps another small business. It's a fun concept. Just hope it works out for me. I like how it shows the delivery estimate time and where the suppliers are from. I like how they tell us the details of the product and the material; of the product. I dislike how they have a lot of premium packages that are higher than other drop shippers. It could do better with communication. With my business, I like to up top date with the shipment and the delivery. Instead of waiting and asking the seller. I they improve that that would be great.
