"Affordable, Feature-Rich Splashtop with Support That Listens"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Cost! Features! Support! My last system was very costly and Splashtop is much more affordable and supports more computers. The features are great and growing. Third party path management apps is growing. Support works with me on issues and implementing suggestions to make the system better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I have some ideas that would be great but it is not a dislike. I have a list of Scripts and Task that would be great to be able to choose several of the to run instead of one at a time. Again a suggestion but not a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Secure Remote Access That Feels Like You’re There"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

What I love most is how reliable it is for the price. There is nothing worse than lagging when you’re trying to fix a problem on someone else's screen, and Splashtop genuinely feels like you’re sitting right in front of the actual computer. The file transfer and chat functions are seamless, and it doesn't try to be a million different things. It just focuses on being a really great, secure remote tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

If I have to nitpick, the user interface can feel a bit dated compared to some of the newer SaaS tools on the market. It’s totally functional and easy to navigate, but it just doesn't look as modern as it could. I'd also love to see built-in ticketing integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splashtop Remote Support Saves Time and Money with Easy, Straightforward Remote Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop Remote Support saves me time and money. I’m able to support our entire employee base without traveling, or even getting up from my desk. The layout is straightforward to manage, and it’s easy to find the computer I need to access when I’m helping someone. The cost for the remote support option is also very reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

There are many ways to set up unattended support, which is nice, but it can feel redundant at times. For example, when I start a new remote support session on a computer that doesn’t already have unattended remote support installed, I have to download and install the unattended remote support option while I’m already in the support session. There should be an easier way to convert an active session into an unattended remote installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sakima Ng of Splashtop Remote Support

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive review. We're glad that the straightforward layout has allowed you to assist others with ease. We also appreciate your feedback on switching from an active session to and unattended remote installation. We look forward to continue providing you with a top-notch product. Thank you for being part of the Splashtop community.

"Reliable Remote Support with Minor Speed Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like that Splashtop Remote Support basically works as advertised and is a reliable remote access service. It has been a solid remote support product, despite having a few issues over the years. I especially appreciate that I can connect and just view the session while assisting the client over a Teams call or a phone call. This approach allows me to guide the client, helping them learn from the remote session instead of me just taking control and doing it for them. I also found the installation and deployment pretty simple overall, despite some issues with older operating systems. Additionally, the pricing aspect is much better compared to other products I've used in the past, which made it a main reason for switching to Splashtop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

The remote access speed can be lagging at times. I've noticed instability at times with the remote session. Sometimes it's due to the Internet connection, but other times, I can't explain why the session is lagging. Also, the Splashtop streamer product that actually runs on the remote machine can consume a significant amount of CPU while I'm actively connected to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sakima Ng of Splashtop Remote Support

Hello Hani,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on Splashtop. We take your notes regarding connection instability and high CPU usage from the streamer product seriously. Your feedback is invaluable to us and will help us improve our product. Thank you for choosing Splashtop as your reliable tool for remote support, and we look forward to continuously improving the performance of your sessions.

"Fast, Secure 4K Remote Support with Smooth Unattended Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop Remote Support is widely praised for its high-performance technology, delivering 4K resolution and 60fps streaming with low latency, which makes remote troubleshooting feel almost like being physically present. It also stands out for its versatility, thanks to strong cross-platform compatibility and "unattended access," letting you manage and patch devices across Windows, Mac, and Android without requiring an end user to be there. In addition, it offers enterprise-grade security with AES 256-bit encryption and multi-factor authentication, helping ensure a safe, reliable connection when managing sensitive infrastructure. I love its fast connectivity & ease of use interface design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop Remote Support often lacks robust reporting and automation capabilities, which can feel insufficient for IT teams that need deeper, self-healing workflows or more detailed insights into technician performance. A few times, the drag-and-drop file transfer hasn’t worked for me, and that can slow things down. Additionally, many advanced governance features—such as granular permission controls and SSO integration—are gated behind expensive higher-tier plans, which makes the platform feel less cost-effective as an organization scales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Sakima Ng of Splashtop Remote Support

"Intuitive, Reliable Platform That Automates Work and Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Overall Experience

I've been using this software regularly for my day-to-day responsibilities, and it has significantly improved the efficiency and consistency of my work. The biggest value has come from automating repetitive tasks, centralizing information, and providing real-time visibility into data that previously required manual effort.

UI / UX

The interface is intuitive and well organized, making it easy to find the tools I need without extensive training. Navigation is straightforward, and common tasks can be completed with only a few clicks. The layout helps reduce errors and speeds up routine processes.

Integrations

The software integrates well with the other applications our organization uses, reducing duplicate data entry and ensuring information remains consistent across systems. These integrations have streamlined workflows and eliminated many manual reconciliation tasks.

Performance

Performance has been reliable, with quick response times even when working with larger datasets. Reports generate efficiently, and I've experienced minimal downtime or system issues, allowing work to continue without interruption.

Pricing / ROI

While the investment may initially seem significant, the time savings and reduction in manual work have provided a strong return on investment. Increased productivity, improved data accuracy, and better decision-making have more than justified the cost.

Support / Onboarding

The onboarding process was smooth, and the available documentation and training resources made it easy to become productive quickly. Whenever questions have arisen, customer support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and effective in resolving issues.

AI / Intelligence

The AI-powered features have helped automate repetitive tasks, surface useful insights, and improve productivity. Rather than replacing decision-making, they provide intelligent recommendations that reduce manual effort and help identify trends or exceptions more quickly.

Overall

One unexpected benefit has been how much easier collaboration has become. Having a centralized platform with reliable data has improved communication across teams and reduced the time spent tracking down information. Overall, the software has become an important part of our daily operations and has delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

No software is perfect, and there are a few areas where I believe this product could improve.

Some advanced features have a steeper learning curve and could benefit from more intuitive navigation or additional in-app guidance. While the platform is generally easy to use, certain settings and administrative functions require more clicks than expected or are not always located where new users would naturally look.

Reporting is another area with room for improvement. Although the available reports are useful, I would appreciate greater flexibility in customizing report layouts, filtering data, and creating more advanced dashboards without relying on workarounds.

The AI capabilities are promising, but they could become more valuable by providing more context-aware recommendations and allowing users greater control over how AI-generated suggestions are applied to their workflows.

Finally, while customer support has been responsive, it would be helpful to have a larger library of tutorials, best practices, and self-service documentation for more advanced use cases. These improvements would make it easier for organizations to maximize the platform's capabilities without needing to contact support.

Overall, these are opportunities for refinement rather than major shortcomings, and they have not outweighed the value the software provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"finally a support tool that meets security requirements in the hospital environment"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

We previously used other solutions that did not guarantee the security of connections, nor the cross-platform aspect, and even less the power of the tool. Here, in addition, the support is TOP-notch, and that is so rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?
