Helps us efficiently organize and manage multiple clients and company structures in one centralized platform, which is essential for our day-to-day operations. The structured way of storing and tracking documents, along with maintaining complete profiles from A to Z for each client, company, or individual, significantly improves our workflow. It reduces manual follow-ups and ensures all relevant information is kept in one place. Features such as the clear entity overview and document management make it easier to monitor requirements and deadlines. The platform also enhances collaboration between teams, as compliance, legal, finance, and operations can easily access and review the same information.
In terms of performance, the platform is fast and reliable, which is important when handling multiple cases simultaneously. From a cost perspective, it provides good value for money, as it centralizes processes that would otherwise require manual work or multiple tools. The support team is also very responsive, and feedback is taken into consideration, with updates implemented in a timely manner when needed. Overall, it has streamlined our processes and increased efficiency in handling multiple cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this stage, there is nothing specific that we dislike about SpeedyDD. The platform meets our needs well and supports our daily operations effectively. We also understand that the platform is continuously evolving, and many features are still being developed and improved. For this reason, it would be unfair to highlight any negatives, especially when we see that feedback is being taken into consideration and updates are implemented regularly.
