Speech AI Connector Reviews & Product Details

Speech AI Connector is Expertflow's integration layer for adding automated speech recognition (ASR), real-time translation, and voice biometric authentication to a contact center. It plugs AI speech services into the call flow so calls can be transcribed, analyzed, translated, or authenticated by voice as they happen, and is most commonly deployed as an add-on to Cisco Unified CCX/CCE, Webex Contact Center, or Genesys environments. For organizations already running Expertflow Contact Center as a full CCaaS/on-prem platform, speech AI capabilities (transcription, conversation analytics, AI-driven QM) are built into the core product. This connector is offered separately for Cisco, Webex, or Genesys contact center customers who want to add speech AI to their current platform without replacing it.
